As an ex-barista, I'm fussy--I hate spending money and not getting a quality product. Unfortunately, the coffee was a swing and a miss. I ordered one iced latte and one hot latte. In both drinks, the espresso was burnt. I actually watched the barista pulling the shots, and I could tell immediately. To make matters worse, the hot drink was barely a latte; it was essentially a cappuccino based on the absurd amount of foam on top. Plus, the milk itself was ruined. There's a certain temperature and texture for steaming milk, and this was clearly burnt milk that had been frothed way too aggressively. Aesthetically, the café is lovely--it's cute and a great spot to work from home. My recommendation? Skip the espresso drinks. Maybe try the matcha or a pastry instead.
