The closest Starbucks to me that is open early at 5am! Ordering via mobile app is super easy and quick; I usually order right before I drive over & by the time I am there, it's ready... literally every time. Pretty much our go-to Starbucks, especially in the mornings as they open the earliest in our area 5am. The space is always clean, bathrooms clean and the staff are nice and quick to make orders, they really crank out the breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I usually grab a Matcha late with oat milk and strawberry cold foam! They have a big front entrance with seating along the walls where you can hang and do some work or just wait for your drink and dip. They have a small shared lot in the back with other businesses and some street parking out front and down the side. Check your signage but we never had a problem finding parking. It is a bit hectic during rush hours as a lot of cars in the area in a smaller section of the street. Will be back for the next fix! read more

Terrible w8 times. Orders put together in piece mail. You NEVER get ur whole order at once. Worse; the pieces are randomly put up on the counter (1 piece on 1 end, another on the other end, 1 at the back of the counter, etc., etc). And when they call 1 piece at a time, if u decide to w8 for all parts, they get extremely irritated and continue to YELL ur name.. That's when they actually do decide to call ur name versus just dropping on the counter in the sea of about 35 other drinks. The counter is gross and no attempt to wipe it down during busy times. There is NEVER any common courteousness (have a nice day, thank you, we appreciate ur business, do you have everything). Quite the opposite actually; no eye contact or acknowlegement. Often (always?); That's not my job, I'm on hot drinks, I'm on cold drinks, I'm only doing food, go to register and ask/tell them. But please for the love of everything Holly and Jolly - when your coffee wait times are taking OVER an HOUR, maybe consider turning off online ordering?!?!? People are coming to pick up their orders they placed 10-20 minutes prior and then unexpectedly are spending 45 minutes to an hour waiting in Starbucks on Christmas Day. Turning off online ordering for a little while allowing yourselves to catch up would have saved a lot of people from frustration. Today I ordered a Vinti Espresso Frappuccino and it wasn't sweet at all. I understand sometimes people make mistakes, so then I just brought it back to let them know and to fix it for me. The guy that stands near the pick up area returned my coffee and said Espresso Frapp shouldn't be sweet!! What!? This is by far the best Starbucks in the area when it comes to speed. They can have about 10-20 people in there on top of their mobile orders and still get the orders through. Yes sometimes they get things wrong but they are very happy and willing to fix them. It is rare for them not to be on point when making every customer happy with their order read more

This place is a complete dump. It's October and for some reason they have the ac blasting. Also, there is nowhere to sit because there are boxes full of shipment filling the entire seating area. The trash cans are overflowing outside and there is trash all over the ground. No one bothered to clean up the seating area outside and there are chairs strewn about and again, more trash. Also, keep in mind I arrived here at 7am, so there is no excuse for this mess. What scares me is that if the restaurant is usually a dump the kitchen follows. As far as the food goes it was gross. Can only give 1 star when it should be 0. Not sure what is up with this location, management seriously needs to step it up. Quality checks, training everything. A barista is starting someone's day or helping it, if you can't make the order correctly then your ruining that and leaving a strong impression of incompetence. I passed on the free hotel coffee and instead headed to Starbucks for a good cup of Jo. Everything about my experience was sub par. It was 6:15 a.m. on a Sunday morning and not very busy. Nonetheless, 1. I was made to feel like a bother, as opposed to a paying customer. Service, when required, was abrupt and begrudging. 2. The store was messy and dirty. 3. Employees were holding sidebar conversations and repeatedly rubbing their eyes and faces as if tired. They did not wear gloves and didn't wash hands. Really grossed me out. 4. Others felt the same way. Customers were clearly unhappy. Save your money or go to a different location. Also, to Corporate, why can't we add tips to our orders? Many people no longer carry cash. I realize there are credit card fees to pay, so take 5% off of the tips to cover any fees and let your baristas earn a living wage. Maybe they'd act better if you did. read more

I have to say the staff at the Forbes Road Starbucks are amazing! They are extremely friendly and willing to help with anything and even make suggestions if you're not sure. The food is always consistently delicious! It's conveniently located off RT3 across from South Shore Plaza. The workers are nice people, they do their jobs, they're not animals - but there's no stand out performers. This new Starbucks is much different than any other I've been to, visually. It is very open, very modern, and very big. Unlike other Starbucks locations, the queue does not obstruct the entrance to the store itself, so you won't have to fear fighting through people just to open the door. There is seating at a "bar" close to where the espresso makers are, which is very cute and fun. Like other locations, this Starbucks has free wi-fi, available newspapers, and a full menu of breakfasts, sandwiches, granola bars, oatmeal, and the usual coffee, espresso, and tea. However, everything else about this place is beyond the usual and is a very welcome change to the same ol' same ol'! read more

Some have had bad experiences. But so far for me, they have been clean and the team has been nice. They have also been fast and accurate. I only wish it was a little bigger and had more seating room. I'm not a coffee drinker but I stopped by here this evening to grab a dessert. They had a nice display here with sandwiches and wraps, scones, brownies, muffins and other pastries. I picked the chocolate chunk brownie to have for dessert and it was good sized and tasted very sweet and fresh. They have a nice seating area where you can enjoy your coffee, pastries and snacks. There is a retail display of coffee mugs and insulated coffee cups that you can buy for anywhere from about $12 to $26 each. The workers seemed pleasant enough and the shop was neat and clean. Will certainly be back the next time I'm in the mood for some snacks. read more

Crazy storm last night left my house without power through the night and into today. Outdoor furniture EVERYWHERE, tree limbs all over the yard, etc. No power, no coffee. Took a very necessary trip to Starbucks for some liquid courage to get through this dreary day. The place was packed, long line almost out the door. That being said, operations were ON POINT. The line moved quickly and the drinks were coming out efficiently, like clockwork. I have to give huge props to Nigel at the pickup counter ... He had everyone smiling through the entire process. Every customers name that Nigel called out was preceded by "my friend" and very sincere "thank you". It put a huge smile on my face and set a very positive vibe for the day. This establishment is remarkably similar to every other well-run Starbucks. Expect no surprises. The parking outside can be tough. I've been here a few times now. This Starbucks is in a strip mall location which is fairly busy and parking can be a little tricky because the area is busy. No drive through here as well. That aside, the service here is friendly and pretty speedy. In fact, one of the quickest locations I can recall. They have free wifi and a pretty good amount of seating if you want to kill time visiting with a friend or checking emails between business meetings. It's perfect for all. Enjoy! read more

Friendly staff and quick service which I love. My drink came out great didn't have a problem with it. The only thing I would say is that this place could be more cleaner. I had placed my bag to take out money to pay for the drink and there was coffee all over my bag because no one cleaned up some spilled coffee. I've been in a lot of Starbucks in my day, but this location is by far my favorite. The lobby is huge so even when it's packed, you never feel like you're crammed like I often feel at other locations. Their seating area is separated with a wall from the lobby so if you want to read or do work, you can do so without a lot of noise. I come here every morning on my way to work and the staff is very nice and always remember my name. The manager, Jason, is usually working the register or the bar and has a great attitude and seems to be very kind to his employees. read more

I stopped by here only a couple times to buy coffees or sometimes green tea fraps and mostly the staff are very good with great drinks. However this morning I ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha for me and toasted white chocolate cocoa (with no shot added) and received 2 mochas instead. I went back inside and told the guy my gf could not drink coffee and he said sorry. I waited 10 mins and again, received another mocha. Came back the 2nd time and told them I don't want any coffee in the toasted white mocha I want the toasted white chocolate COCOA and they said sorry and gave me another drink and a gift card. Got the 3rd drink and it is only milk foam no toasted white chocolate whatsoever. Cannot understand why it is so hard to make a drink right?
