With 5-6 employees, there seemed to be only one making drinks. Despite the busyness inside and outside the store, there seemed to be a lack of hurrying by the staff. The coffee tasted like the espresso beans were possibly burned. Also, while in the store, I kept being attacked by flies. One lady came from the back to finally help making drinks. She started pulling tickets, telling the other guy, "We're not really supposed to do this," in order to help it seem like the average time to fill each order was much lower than reality.
