I've also met the owner several times as ive been coming here for years and he has always been kind, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my visit today felt very different. I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged, even though I was standing right in front of the staff. Shortly after, another couple walked in and were immediately greeted by two employees, while I was still standing there without anyone speaking to me until I was asked about my order. As a Black man, that kind of experience is hard to ignore. I cannot say for certain what the reason was, but I can say that I felt overlooked, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. The lady with pink hair did eventually come out and speak to me, and I appreciated that, but the other staff members made the environment feel cold and unfriendly. It's disappointing to feel like the welcoming atmosphere may depend on who is working, or who is walking through the door. I hope this was just a bad day, but it left a bad impression.

This past weekend. I ordered 15 min early as usual and found myself waiting an additional 30-40 min after I arrived. They either work at a slow pace or they are severely understaffed. And when someone complains about waiting on an order, they will push theirs ahead of yours. Not considering if someone who isn't complaining has been waiting longer. Order: I order the same exact drink 95-95 percent of the time and it's never right. I only get one add on and I often don't get it. Not writing this review to gripe but instead hoping that the staff can make some adjustments with their services.
