I went in yesterday. This place tried to make me a banana split with a green banana. so once I refused the green banana split. I then ordered 2 scoops of pecan praline and cream in a waffle cone instead. I was so disappointed at the taste. It just wasn't right. it didn't taste fresh at all. I should have walked out when I saw how dirty and dark it was. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! Zero stars! they should close this store down! read more

Should have gotten the lady's name that was working tonight, because unlike the other folks' experience, the customer service was over the top good!!! She took her time helping my nephews and letting them taste flavors, and she was patient and helpful with my mother who had questions. Of course the ice cream was good too! The tables and chairs are not the most comfortable...so I am giving it a 4 since there's room for improvement in my opinion. I will bring them back for sure!!! :) read more

I've cream is yummy. Friendly service. Understaffed and dirty. Always a long line. Filthy floors and overflowing trash.

The ice cream is wonderful, and the staff is always friendly. They always have a great selection and fantastic seasonal favorites! We have ordered several birthday cakes (even at the last minute) and they are always fantastic!! It's unrealistic to expect more than two employees in an ice cream shop. An extra five minute wait isn't going to kill any of you complainers. Get over yourselves. read more

Meh. Completely understaffed, stopped by several times on a Sunday to lines near out the door only to run more errands and come back later. Maybe a fluke. I usually get a milkshake, however its becoming too inconsistent. Between too much milk making it a runny mess or it only filling up 75% of the cup due to portions not being the same its a headache. Considering a small is $4.49... yeah Think I will just stick to getting my son a scoop here and there as that's initial reason we visit. read more

The line is always ridiculously long and the employees always seem so confused. Ordered a kids scoop and two mini milkshakes. The employees didn't know how many scoops of ice cream it took to make the shake so mine ended up just being nothing but milk. One of the employees was so dirty and unkept her hair was caked together with oil and her fingernails were disgusting. She was making waffle cones and serving customers with no gloves or anything. Honestly, everything in this place is pretty nasty. My kids like it tho so we keep coming back even though I cringe every time I walk in the door. read more

Worker did not know how to give a proper (regular) scoop of ice cream. I Ordered a regular scoop but she gave me a kids scoop then attempted to charge me for a regular scoop. The manager corrected her by saying regular scoops are supposed to be larger (than what she gave me), however he did not offer to take the ice cream back to correct her mistake. Very nice staff ! Some needed improvement on scoops and maybe just experience but looked to be that everyone loves there jobs and doesn't mind the LONG LINES that can come in ! I have been comming to this BR since I have been here in LA and I gotta say I'm not all that impressed. I mean to say that the ice cream is delicious and they always have my pre-packaged mint chocolate chip ready to go BUT their customer service is something that can be greatly improved. The girls they have there seem nice enough but are not attentitive at all. Spent ten minutes waiting in line just to pay for an ice cream cone. Doesn't seem like they ever have enough people there on the "busy" days. read more

I read the other two reviews without looking at the dates that they were posted and was a bit confused. I am not going to reveal my age but I will just say that many moons ago when I was a kid Baskin Robbins was the only ice cream in Bossier...the Heart of Bossier to be exact. When all the BR locations closed my family was devastated. Then these new places starting opening and calling themselves ice cream. WHAT?!?! I won't call them out by name. I will however say that I am THRILLED that BR is back!!! My partner and I go in to the Bossier location weekly on date night Thursday and occasionally on other nights. We have had numerous conversations with the co-owner and have never had a problem with the staff or the customer service. Even on the evenings when we have stopped and the line is out the door the crew is on top of it. Also, they always have at least one No Sugar Added flavor which is important to my family as one of us is Diabetic. I will finish by saying that I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS (especially this location) and I am so glad they are back in Bossier City and I hope they are here to stay!!!! If the other comments made you turn away from this location, I encourage you to give them a shot. I do not think that you will be sorry! Oh and by the way, the only connection I have to this location is as a customer. HAPPY BR ICE CREAM EATING!!!! read more
