We came in on a busy Sunday and saw a couple walk out and another few customers getting upset with the wait. The woman behind the counter was extremely sweet and was working so hard to keep up with the line. She remembered every order despite the pressure of all eyes on her. 10/10 for customer service because she had a great attitude through it all. Toppings are all included in the $7 so you can add what you like to each menu item. We ordered the classic Cookies and Cream. Came with an oreo on the top. Was SUPER cold upon first scoop but it was A LOT to eat for one person. Well worth its price! They also have vegan options.

However, I did experience a slight delay at the register as the cashier caught up with a friend ahead of me--it actually took longer for them to finish their conversation than for me to place my order and receive my frozen concrete custard. Because of that, I have to deduct a star. Aside from that, the customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient. I ordered a small "Ooey Gooey," which included almonds, caramel cream, and Heath bar pieces. I also added banana, as I love it in both ice cream and smoothies. The portion size was generous, and I finished it before I even made it back to my hotel. It was well-mixed and delicious. My total came to about $8, which is on the higher side, but I can see why this place is so popular. I'd definitely visit again the next time I'm in Bossier City!

We were the only ones visiting at 8:30 pm but the two girls helping were great with our questions and taste requests. Four in our party... I ordered a scoop of pina colada and a scoop of strawberry (I'm usually a chocolate girl but these flavors looked yummy!). Friends had snickers in a bowl, acai bowl (friend said it was legit), and a cone with snickers and s'mores. All delicious and fresh, not freezer burned. The place was clean and well maintained. While I didn't order fruit with my ice cream , I could see that all the fruit was fresh. Would certainly recommend this fun shop!

The staff working the day we went was very friendly and nice and willing to walk around and tell the flavors but would it not be nice to just have the flavors posted by the ice cream? The little chocolate cups and all of the desserts in the display-- would have been helpful to have names/descriptions and pricing to decide what we wanted. Otherwise? You have to ask: "What's this?" and "How much is this/that?" about 50-60 times when you're looking around. Just not how I'm used to shopping and deciding what I'd like to eat.
