Absolutely delicious. They have a good amount of flavor options and even add ons, as well as other snacks like kool aid pickles (whatever those are) and chips. Can be a bit of a wait if there's a few people outside but it's worth it. I just wish it would open earlier in the day! Not enough for me to bump a star though. I very rarely have problems with chunks that I have to break up, too, which is nice. read more

Well first I want to start off with my first impression of this place. The lady that took my order was rude when I asked a question if I could get two flavors for my snow cone. But her reply in a very rude tone "what flavors it depends on the flavors what do you want???" My question was simply can I? But her response wasn't yes you can what would you like. It came off as creating a snow cone with two flavors was a waste of her time so I simply ordered star berry cream. So for the flavoring of their ingredients and the snow cone ice I'd have to rate this 5/5 stars. But as far as the customer service. They lady handling the order shouldn't take the orders and should leave that to someone that's more experienced in talking to customers without rude undertones and listen to what the customer is asking instead of assuming and rushing. Because of this terrible experience I'd rate hospitality 0/5 and snow cones and ice 5/5 with a 2 1/2 star rating. read more

This is the best Sno Cones in town. The business was closed so long in 2016 because the owner was in a coma and almost died. She has since recovered and back to making the best treats in town. She cares very much about her customers and the quality of her sno cones, she would not close unless she absolutely had to. I went back to get the cotton candy I talked about getting in my previous review. The flavor was still not sweet enough for me. I tasted the flavor of the cream more than I did the flavor of the snow cone. Don't get me wrong, the snow cone was still good but just not sweet enough. My sister got a snow cone, too. On a HOT Summer's Day (and we have many of those, even in the Spring and Fall, 'round here) there is no greater Southern tradition than the Snow Cone stand! There really isn't. This little lime green shack in the middle of the Ellis Pottery parking lot, actually right underneath the store sign, is a welcome oasis through the wavy humidity! They take debit/credit cards here but with an additional thirty cents charge to it. No big deal when you're hot and ain't got no cash on you. They have a flavor here called Tiger's Blood, which is strawberry and coconut mixed. I couldn't decide between Blackberry and Black Cherry, but I went with a small (which was still huge!) Black Cherry ultimately and it was awesomely delicious and very refreshing! My wife got a Grape small and we tooled around Ellis Pottery, with our baby girl in a shopping cart, and baby girl was loving my Black Cherry. We couldn't get enough of it! I'm craving it now as I write this! They can also add cream to any flavor for 35 cents. They have sizes from Pee-Wee at 75 cents to Ice Berg, which is $3.75. They are open 7 days a week during the hottest months, from 12pm to 7pm. These are New Orleans-styled snow balls, but there is no liquor in them whatsoever and this place is great for kids and grownups! Tasty, tasty! read more
