While he was preparing we had a chat about the place and he said he wanted to experiment with the layout of the sandwich. It turned out great. Plenty of meat, right amount of cheese and toppings. The ONLY thing I'd change is the bread appears to be toasted on a buttered grill. I'm a little old school and would have preferred standard toasted bread, but that alone would not stop me from going again. The only thing that was edible for me was the toasted French bread and sweet tea. I won't be back to give them a second chance because all their dishes are spicy. Being that spicy is the only option I feel that this is not a good place for seasoned and tasty food. And if you are "Creole" and looking for Creole taste, don't do what I did and base your expectations on "Creole" meals that your used to eating. The decor is beautiful. The restaurant is clean. The staff were slow but polite. Plenty of lighting.
