I have been completely ngbto this store for over two years, I always buy the prepacked pralines and cream ice cream, they didn't have it pre-packed today so I asked them to hand pack it for me well I was disappointed when I got home and the court was only three quarters full I called the store and they said that they weigh the hand packed quarts and it's based on weight what kind of lame excuse is that if I am buying to quart you're supposed to feel the quart up PERIOD! Won't be coming back to this location they are getting stingy and a quart is almost $8, and all I wanted is what I PAID FOR! read more

The shop is clean every time I go there. Staffs are awesome and super friendly! Okay, so in the ice cream world, I figure there are your country clubs (Cold Stone Creamery, Marble Slab) and there are your more pedestrian, like BR...it just seems the quality isn't quite there for BR. But being the ice cream fiend that I am, BR will do in a pinch. Only thing is, it seems when I come in for a certain flavor (most recently their flavor of the month for August, the Oreo Nutty Salted Caramel) I came back with a big, fat zero! They are out of it! Don't have it! Just ran out! I went three times in three weeks and only received the product once. 1/3, what is that percent-wise, 33%? Something like that? Either way, not a very good success rate for me or them. C'mon, people! It's your FLAVOR OF THE MONTH! I'm no Forbes, but something tells me, you launch or promote a new flavor for a limited time, you anticipate demand, you monitor inventory, you hopefully see success in the form of demand and then you fire back using both barrels, put an extra man on, work some O.T., do what you gotta do to get the product out there and keep things flowing smoothly. Very disappointed in the customer service today. I was next in line, and a customer just so happen to walk in and was immediately served. I'm very sure the clerk wasn't confused who was next because there were only a handful of us in the store! I started to engage, but decided to walk out instead. Horrible Experience: I'm not normally the type of person who Writes reviews but I think that my experience was so simplistically ridiculous I had to leave a comment. Simply put I went into Baskin Robbins to get a quart of my favorite pralines and cream ice cream. The only problem was the lady did not fill up my court, no big deal mistakes happen. So I asked for an additional scoop and a half of ice cream to fill up my court. She says it is full! But I'm not an idiot it's clearly not full. She says I'm going to prove to you that I did it right and I'm going to weigh it for you. Already the back and forth in my opinion is a waste of time for a company that sells milk and sugar for a huge margin. To begin to think to fight with a customer over a scoop of ice cream that they're paying for is beyond me, especially a frequent customer. My simple request was so mundane it wasn't even worth picking a fight with a customer about in the first place. Long story short instead of her just putting an extra scoop that will fit in my court she calls the manager and to my surprise he's just as clueless to the big picture as she is. Big picture being; I'm certain complaints over a scoop of ice cream don't get escalated to a manager so much that it will put Baskin Robbins out of business to just fill up a quart to a customer who's never had a problem with anything ever. Nevertheless, he argues with me about this scoop of ice cream. And tries to make a point by asking me where I work and how this scoop of ice cream compares to the profit example of the multibillion dollar company I work for. It was honestly the most ridiculous conversation I've ever had with anyone with common sense! By the way I'm 33 years old and been going to Baskin Robbins a few times a month For as long as I can remember, The first thing that I think is ridiculous about this is the fact that I have to go through any rigmarole at all on getting my court filled up in all my years of going to Baskin-Robbins I've never had an issue. I've liked B-R since I was a kid and still do even though I don't visit often, but I was very disappointed when I went there this evening. I made a special trip in observance of National Ice Cream Day (yep, it's today) after reading a Forbes article that B-R was offering specials, but was told that this store wasn't honoring the occasion and that no specials were available. In fact, the young man behind the counter, although very polite, said he wasn't even aware of the occasion!!! Sorry, but can't give more than 3 stars for now. The ice cream is good but expensive, and I would have expected a bit more customer-oriented approach rather than ignoring NICD. read more
