What is wrong with this Starbucks? Stopped in around 3:30pm and tried to order decaf and was told I couldn't because they didn't have any made. She went on to explain that they "stop making it when they reach the time of day when there is less of a demand." Huh? Wouldn't there be more of a demand for decaf later in the day? Everything you've come to love about Starbucks (or hate) but smaller. This tiny Starbucks has everything the regular-sized Starbucks have except the space. Seating in here is limited. My recommendation is to get your drink to go. This is a newer Starbucks with their newer look. The place is clean but cramped. Nothing really to say other than that. read more

Yuk! Deserves less than zero stars. Got a Chicken Wrap Protein Box thru drive thru today. After eating a couple of bites of the food, I discovered what appeared to be small chewed up and spit out remnants of apple and a bitten into apple slice as well as a cucumber slice that looked like someone had taken a bite of (see pics). The box was sealed before I opened it. It had a sticker on it that said "made on 7/15/19" and "enjoy by 7/18/19" (today). The bottom of the wraps were wet and soggy (photo attached). Last time I got one of these particular meals at this location, it was fresh, had no suspicious looking pieces of apple or cucumber, and the wrap wasn't wet and soggy. Called the manager who apologized, but didn't seem that concerned. Just said she will replace it. read more

This is my go to Starbucks in my town and this morning during the rush they failed to make two out of the four of my drinks correctly. The first order was an iced pumpkin latte, they made it hot and when we asked at the window if they could make it iced like we ordered, they stuck two ice cubes into the hot latte. My problem was my second drink, I ordered the salted Carmel mocha frappe (one of the seasonal drinks) and they made me a Carmel frappe with salt on top.. I don't know how they get this wrong. Snark snark snark! This is the only location in 100 mile radius where each gal that works here has a snarky attitude and tries to tell me I can't have my beverage blended. I like a sugar free no base blended tea. They are the only ones who argue every time. Every other store takes the order and makes the order with NO ISSUE. These gals need lessons on customer service badly. read more

My wife and I were excited about our local Starbucks visit, as we had an offer for half off fraps being gold both gold members. However, today we were treated with poor service. No one greeted us, and kept about their business and my wife and I waited first in line; about 5 mins later the main barista "Emily" takes our order and says,"Do you know what you want!?" Not a hello or how can I help you. My wife and I have both worked in the food business and know how to give good customer service. Today at Starbucks we received subpar service. All the negative reviews are all false. The employees are all super nice and hard workers. The drive thru is always super long. But that's because it's the only one in Boerne and the parking lot is a bit to small but other that that it's great place. read more

I stop here A LOT. I usually opt for a 'shaken sweet tea lemonade'. if you haven't tried it, I definitely recommend it. They have a really good breakfast sandwiches, too. My only complaint is that they need to better train their new employees. Every time they get a new employee my drink comes out tasting either entirely too sweet or completely incorrect. Very good Starbucks! Staff is friendly, my order is perfect every time and piping hot ( or cold depending on drink ). This location is probably my favorite out of the ones i've been to. The food/pastry display is always looking lovely, interior decorating is pretty, and always smiling faces. :) Now this Starbucks IS on the smaller side. But what can you do, hey, it's a Starbucks not a restaurant. There are places to sit but i wouldn't bring your kid's soccer team in here to sit for a round of frappuccino's, not enough seats, lol. This Starbucks is notoriously slow and they always get my drink wrong .... i have been drinking Starbucks since 2003, my junior year of high school.. i get a Carmel macchiato 90% of the time and this Starbucks messes it up every time. It either taste bitter, they let the shot die, or they forget the shot all together ..... so annoying !!!! I only go here because it's the closest one when i visit my girlfriends house. The negative reviews are all correct. Poor attitude, usually very dirty inside, must be the only Starbucks that does not offer dark roast after 1:00PM. If traveling East, exit Leon Springs for better coffee. If traveling West, El Paso is only 530 miles away and worth the wait. read more

Boerne really needs a coffee stop option that stays open after 3pm that is NOT this Starbucks. No one greets you when you walk in (based on multiple visits). Even in crazy morning rushes, I have been greeted pleasantly at other locations. I live in SA but work in Boerne so I always try to get to the location at the Rim because those one is a total last resort. There's always a line wrapped around the store because the drive thru is slow. And forget about mobile orders, they take just as long as if I'd walked right in and ordered. The whole parking situation/store layout does not provide for a good flow of service. This particular evening I went in to grab a salad. I stopped ordering coffee from here a while back because my order is always wrong (the coconut milk mocha macchiato has been made with soy, whole milk, and once even with half and half). It was slow, all the unoccupied tables were dirty with crumbs or water rings. I asked for someone to please clean a table. No one ever did. I wet a napkin and cleaned my own table. Two of the three employees were audibly complaining about drive through customers and how "it sucked" they had to be at work. Came in as a walk-in for coffee in a Saturday afternoon. Wasn't very busy. Ordering was fast and friendly. What was frustrating is that seemed to take longer than necessary to get my drinks, even with what appeared to others not exactly busy. All in all an average Starbucks. read more

Great location and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The customer service is above and beyond what I have received in other coffee shops. I really enjoy going inside for coffee and just relaxing for a few minutes. Drive thru is sort of slow, but it's because there are always so many cars and the line is long. OK maybe this is the worst Starbucks. Coffee is burned, and in most cases brewed too strongly. Gave the place a couple tries and both times the coffee was terrible. Save yourself couple dollars and go to Walmart, buy Starbucks Kcups, take them home, brew your own cup of Starbucks. It's way better. They are t brewing anything you can't get at a store anyway. You know, it's a Starbuck's. You get their coffee and their atmosphere. The service is what distinguishes and this place is about on par with what I expect for good. The people were nice enough and the coffee came out just as we ordered. We were mostly here for the WiFi and made extensive use of it during our trip, as we were doing a contract on a house remotely. The service on the WiFi was great. We probably would have lost out on our house, if it had not been for Starbucks. read more

This place has the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. The drive thru is the most poorly designed drive-thru I've ever seen. I parked in a separate parking lot and went inside to place my order since the parking lot was inaccessible. I placed my order, paid, and waited, well the gentlemen in front of me had ordered 6 specialty drinks, and only one barista making these drinks, no biggie. Then the lady who ordered after me got her specialty drink (I ordered a vanilla iced coffee), and before I could say anything the lady after her got her tea. I asked about my order, the barista simply says she doesn't have it. I asked the cashier if he placed my order, he sure charged me for my order, he acted confused. Not one apology, just a refund at my request. I waited over 20 minutes during this whole ordeal. Awful! read more

Great atmosphere with a couple of large tables to sit at. Parking can be a little tricky, but not too bad.

Nice swanky place to chill and get coffee. I like the long table for more people to sit.
