This location is always busy so order ahead if you can , you'll still have to wait but it's easier than drive thru. For the most part, my food and drinks are always good but this morning I ordered my coffee without whip cream and they added it on anyways. It was so busy I couldn't wait to speak to anyone or have them remove the whipped cream so I just took the order. Easy mistake but please pay attention to orders especially ones online. I had such a wonderful experience this morning. Luis took my order and he was so nice with a great personality. he is very happy and helpful despite it being a very busy holiday season. starbucks baristas don't get enough credit for all the work they do. i noticed he was the shift manager , his team does a great job. my chai with blonde espresso was PERFECT and so refreshing. my food was super hot and delicious!! everyone in that building deserves a raise because they are truly great at what they do. I actually had to write to corporate, which i have never ever done for any restaurant. 29-minute wait for a mobile orfer that they had. 18 minutes until we got the hot drink, and i reminded them about the cold drink. At 28 minutes, i reminded them, and i was tols the delay waa becauae theu were awaiting the whipped topping. Untrue! we sat facing them the entire time. They were only serving their drive thru. The customer service at this location is appalling. I always order Starbucks on the app and select the drive thru option for pick up. They usually have an attitude about it but never like today. I pulled up to the window and said "hi, I have a mobile order" she said "ugh let me check on that... okay so we literally just got that. Next time you need to place it more in advance". Excuse me?! Where does it say that anywhere in the app? I explained to her that if I had told her my order now, she also would've literally just gotten it. So it's the same timing either way. I don't understand what the problem is and why she was so rude about it. Mobile order isn't just convenient. It's an accommodation for neurodivergent people, amongst other disabilities. No one should be treated rudely for using it, but as I use it as an accommodation to make ordering more possible for myself being neurodivergent, it is extremely hurtful and borderline discriminatory to be treated rudely for mobile ordering. It was a very hot summer day when my husband, cousin and I went into this Starbucks. As soon as we walked in I could smell the coffee. I love that smell. I saw a big sign over the counter advertising two of their summer drinks. One of the drinks pictures was a cold brew with dark chocolate and almond milk. That's what I ordered. Since I we were the only customers our drinks were ready in just a few minutes. The barista behind the counter handed me my drink. I tasted it. It needed something. I asked for more sweetener and more almond milk. He gave me two small cups. One had a liquid sweetener, the other had almond milk. I emptied both small cups into my drink. What a difference. It was delicious. It was icy cold and very refreshing. This Starbucks was fairly small. They had a display case with lots of delicious looking pastries. In the back there were shelves with hot and cold cups and coffees for sale. I saw a big mug with a lid that fit tightly on top. It would be perfect for my morning coffee. I wouldn't have to worry about spills with the lid on. My cousin saw me admiring the mug and she went and bought it for me. That was a very nice gift. It's perfect for a coffee or tea drinker. . Filthy..... I've been to many of Starbucks in my life, this one is just dirty. From the patio littered with garbage, dirty tables and chairs, then the continuation inside, littered with garbage on the floors, dirty counters and unfortunately I went in the restroom witch was no better..... Then the employees were goofing around so I didn't even know the drinks were up for several minutes. They just set them on the counter and turned around. The best Starbucks ever. They always get our orders correct, and the employees are always so nice and friendly. They almost always have the seasonal drinks and items in stock, and my drinks taste the same every time! They currently have the inside of the store still closed due to COVID19, but you can still pop inside to order. They still have outdoor seating if you're looking to study/chill there. Pro tip: order your coffee ahead and go inside to pick it up. The only downside about this location is that the drive thru line gets super long. read more

I love this new Starbucks! It is big and has wide open tables which allow for one or more people to sit together- you can sit inside or outside. I love the low bar area as it is long as well. A little odd is the parking situation- as you have to walk across a drive way sort of - this Starbucks was put in the middle of a parking lot and so it is a little bit different. It is in front of Bed Bath & Beyond- it also has a drive thru. I love the signs on the bulletin board (near the restrooms)- shows anniversaries of people who work there! That's cool. This is the worst Starbucks anywhere. They constantly run out of basic ingredients and using the app here is pointless because they say they are out of things in the app but give you attitude when you show up and can order the same thing in person. The parking issues here are not their fault but the management and purchasing is completely the fault of the managers. They make drinks incorrectly and then argue with you when you point it out. I personally don't get the fancy drinks but forget about trying to do something nice for someone else because they won't make it right. read more

So I literally never have problem here but today.... I placed an order through the Starbucks app and I go to pick it up and i got a COLD banana loaf STILL IN THE PLASTIC PACKAGE with the two stickers of our other food items attached to it with a nice hand written note that says "we don't have it" We had to walk in multiple times because the drinks that were supposed to have shots of expresso were straight milk. By the time we were able to talk to anyone because they would just stare at me like I have Down syndrome and walk away we finally were only able to get GRANDE DRINKS instead of the Ventis I PAID for. I've been coming to the Starbucks since it moved to a new building and everybody they hire has extra special personalities!!! Also every time I come here they are overly excited about taking my coffee order!! I've been drinking the same coffee for the last 10 years. The physical location of this Starbucks sucked. Barely any parking, hard to get to tucked away in a strange corner of the plaza, and the drive thru line next to it blocked all the traffic. The Starbucks itself was ok, it was packed and hard to find a seat and a little noisy to do work or study in. They made my drink wrong initially even though it was printed correctly on the label. I'm so sad writing this review because the old location in shadowood was my favorite Starbucks, but this new location is underwhelming. From the outside looking in - the aesthetic is gorgeous with an outside seating area and insides coffee bar looking sharp and clean. But, a few times I've been here they have been out of stock of the things I usually get. Also, the outside seating isn't comfortable at all. The other day i waited a long getting a sandwich heated because my name wasn't called to come pick it up. Hopefully since this Starbucks is new, this is just a learning curve and they'll improve....I just hadn't had the best experiences the past few times. Nowadays you don't get good customer service. So, when I received amazing customer service from both Michael & Luke, I was blown away.
