Pretty good the restrooms are clean. Not a bad Starbucks the baristas are not that friendly but the drinks are ok.

I absolutely love the Starbucks franchise. This store is pretty typical when it comes to food and drinks compared to all other Starbucks stores - delicious, especially my usual white chocolate mocha with soy. What distinguishes this place from the rest is the customer service, which can be very disappointing at times. There are certain individuals who are friendly and helpful. Other baristas absolutely rude and obnoxious at times. Even when you're asking questions, they become snappy. If they make a mistake on their drink, they don't own up to it or offer complimentary drinks. Be careful with which barista you get! read more

We have been through his Starbucks many times traveling back and forth to Phoenix/CA. Each time has been a real nice experience. The staff has always been very helpful as nice. Especially Jane. she has helped us a few times and the second to the last time we came in (3-5 months ago) she was such a kind and helpful barista, I meant to leave a review about her then, but I must not have. We came in today and she remembered us, and again, she was very nice and helpful. What a sad excuse for a Starbucks! I should have remembered from the first time I came here that crappy service was served FREE and included in every order you placed! (We stop here when we go on road trips). I ordered a Trenti Very Berry Hibiscus with light ice extra berries. They served my drink with extra ice and light (five) berries. When I reminded her I had ordered it with light ice, she huffed and puffed (as if I asked her to write a paper on how to be a successful manager with great people skills) and scoops the ice out of my drink and throws in more juice. My second drink...they just forgot the whipped cream. The manager had asked me just a few minutes ago if I wanted it with whipped cream, she forgot, then blamed the new employee (bravo!). They are short staffed, can take an order correctly, but not read/serve it the correct way, and my personal favorite -the manager lady is always rude. My advice is to stay on the road and drive to the next one! read more

Am I in California? The worst tasting vanilla Frappuccino I've had ever at starbucks. Nothing like coffee bean coffee. The bottom of my plastic cup was full of coffee grinds and they acted like I did something wrong asking for another one. After I waited 20 minutes for another one there's still coffee grinds at the bottom. I guess that's what you get for $6.05 in blythe. Must be the heat!!! read more

Worst Starbucks I've visited in a long time. Several customers who ordered after me had their drinks served before me, along with people in drive thru, when I asked if I drink was being made she said it was and it hadn't been started. Very poor management! read more

Got here at 10:02 PM on the drive to California the doors were closed yet on the website it says that they're open till 1030 saw a car go through the drive-through so I figured I would give it a try and they were open and let me know that they're open for drive-through till 1030 but they close the front door is it 10 and they also stated when I ordered some egg whites plus my iced coffee that they were not able to heat anything up because of the ovens are closed I'm not sure why they're open with clearly they're not open for business specially for people that are traveling like to get a stop using restroom freshen up grab a coffee that's one suit so either just close at 10 PM July on your site state that you're open till 1030 and then let me know that I can't come inside and also all the ovens are down So I'm not able to order anything I need to heated up read more

Absolute horrible experience. It took 30 minutes to get our coffee. The staffs are not working efficiently. If you do not have enough capacity then you should stop taking orders or warn the customers that it might take long. read more

I go to a lot of Starbucks and I never mind having to wait for long periods of time for my drinks or food, however when a barista is just straight rude that's when I have an issue. My husband asked Teresa for a small water for our 1 year old, she gave us attitude and told us the next time we should ask ahead of time for water. I'm sorry Teresa but it cannot be hard to pour a cup of water; you could have poured us our cup of water instead of wasting your energy and breath telling us the hassle it was for you to take ten seconds to make a tall water. I've never experienced this at any Starbucks that I have ever been to. They also forgot to make the food we asked for and nobody apologized for that. I'd work on the customer service at this location because it is definitely lacking. read more

Clean, usable bathrooms. For us and most people who don't live there, Blythe is a stop to gas up and maybe eat along the way. This trip we checked yelp during the long drive and thanks to Carrie D, we had the best experience we have ever had in Blythe. A clean bathroom and some nice drinks served by nice people. There are still the usual homeless hanging around, but I've grown to expect to see them when we stop here. So thanks Sbucks, we'll come back the next time we stop. It was so good in fact, I forgot to get gas. Luckily I had enough to get me to the next stop. Oh, BTW, Sbucks is trying to imitate Coffee Bean with their tea lattes. Just received my drink after an 18-minute wait. One particular barista was slow and disorganized. She didn't keep track of the sequnce in which the orders were placed and left a lot of people upset and waiting longer than they should have had to. Typical Starbucks, except it's out in the middle of nowhere (at least that's how I feel since we were on a roadtrip). It's not right next to the freeway, so you would need to do a bit of scouring to know that they do exist. Passing through the town and stopped to get the coffee and snacks. Their coffee was ok and their bagle wasn't good at all.

Service was nice and relatively quick for how busy they were. BUT both women's and men's bathrooms were beyond gross and unusable. Both stalls in women's were backed up and the one urinal in men's was not working and the sink wasn't draining (per the husband). Definitely expected more from a Starbucks. read more

Stopped there on a road trip and the bathroom was the worst Starbucks bathroom I've EVER been to in my life. There was no toilet paper in either stall (it's not a single bathroom), so I was forced to use the seat covers! Unfortunately everyone else had done the same and some didn't want to flush them so they were ALL OVER. Meaning wadded seat covers that were covered in bodily fluids (like period blood) were on the ground and poked back into the seat cover dispenser! I had to sit on a toilet with these things less than a foot from my face. There was also trash overflowing from the trash can and, of course, no paper towels. This is completely unacceptable- it was like a biohazard area! I used to live in NYC and none of the (very very well traveled, including by the homeless) Starbucks bathrooms ever looked this bad. Seriously wtf. And they did not look short staffed, I counted at least 5 workers behind the counter. Gross, never again. I wanted a shower after that place. read more

We stopped in to this location at 3:00 PM on our way home from LA. We had two of the employees mess our order twice after confirming with them the drink order we placed. Then after we had told them it was wrong, the manager on shift argued with us in regards to our order that we were wrong. She gave us a really nasty attitude after the drink had to be remade. The atmosphere was not friendly and the workers looked like they did not like each other. You're better off going to the McDonald's down the street. read more

Starbucks employees are usually so friendly and happy but the night shift tonight, well on drive thru at least, not so much. We asked if there were still smoothies as they aren't on the drive through menu and we were met with quite the short and curt attitude from then on and thru the end of the transaction. Once we received the items my husband said thanks and they did not say anything in response simply shut the window. Stopped here on my way home from a trip to Cali last Saturday. It was awful! I go to Starbucks because of the constancy in quality. This one failed! I ordered my usual caramel frap. It tasted like something was spoiled in it. I didn't taste it until i had gotten back on the freeway and didn't have time to go back. I drank very little of it. I throw it out. My daughter got a mocha frap. Hers didn't taste right as well. It tasted like they put hot coco mix. It didn't taste like a normal mocha frap, at least she could drink it. Lovekin exit on the 10 FWY is about the half way point between Big Bear Lake, CA and Prescott, AZ. After a 2 1/2 hour drive this Starbucks is THE PLACE for a quick break and a jolt for the next stretch through the desert. You can always count on a perfectly made latte and we always get what we ask for with the exact amount of extra shots NEVER shorted. The young kids who run this Starbucks are like NONE other. It's as if they know you are in the middle of your long trek through the desert and they always greet us with a TRUE friendly welcome (laughs and smiles included) and they even make sure to see if the dogs want water. Sounds silly but a five hour drive with three dogs through the desert can be stressful and this little stop has all FIVE of us waggin' our tails. Important to note there are places to walk the pooches even when it's blazing hot and the restrooms are the cleanest around. read more
