**July 2026: Friday Afternoon Visits** My friend and I stopped here on both the drive to and from Phoenix during our road trip, and it turned out to be a really convenient place to take a break. We needed a place to charge his Tesla, and Quartzsite had plenty of EV chargers. Terrible's was just a short walk from the chargers and made for an easy rest stop. The restrooms were clean and plentiful, which we really appreciated after being on the road. Since it's Quartzsite, there were also lots of rocks and gems for sale along with snacks and drinks, which gave it a fun local feel. The AC was blowing hard inside, which was especially nice considering how hot it was outside. Overall, this was a really good stop and a convenient place to recharge, both for us and the car. read more

These are great places to stop and use the restroom because they are large and clean and not like the old gas stations with sketchy dirty restrooms. They have very reasonable prices here on their drinks and snack items. If you are a t-shirt collector they have shirts with their logo plus some hoodies. read more

Super clean and new gas station with a huge options for snacks and food items. The restrooms are clean and plenty of stalls. There are tons of gas pumps available and a grassy area for dogs. There's also a huge section with Tesla charging stations and a new Starbucks opened on the same property. read more

Holy moly this is THE BEST gas station center I've ever been to! Giant open space inside -- Guess what - prices are higher than some but not egregiously so. They have nice sitting/picnic area AND a dog park / grass area for those road r tripping w their dogs. Bathrooms reasonably clean and well stocked. Cant imagine I'll ever be in Quartzsite for kore than a refuel opportunity, but I'll make sure to come to the very un-terrible Terrible's whenever I am! Oh yeah and customer service gal lovely as well! read more

After 3 hours of driving, we had to use the restrooms, usually this place has good clean restroom but I haven't been here in a while but notice its quite dirty and the thing that got to me the most was that there was no soap in any of the restrooms. 3 different soap dispensers in the men's restroom and went into the family restrooms and they were all empty. Grossed me out. Then I notice the hot dog area was extremely dirty. Food every where. Idk if it was a bad or busy day but its enough for me not to come again. read more

Terrible's is a great place to stop and relax and freshen up. It's a large concession place to buy refreshments and food items for your long trip ahead. Bathrooms are well-maintained and available for customers. You can get gasoline for your vehicle at the many pumps on the premises, along with Tesla chargers that were too many to count when I was there. I recommend stopping here for a worthwhile pitstop. read more

Inside Terrble's is clean and well organized. I was car camping in Quartzsite for 4 days 3 nights. Before buying minerals, for 3 days in a row, I came here to coffee up and use the facilities. On my final day I gassed up my vehicle before heading back to Pasadena. They have great gas prices. read more

This is for my EVers! I have a Mach-E and I had no problem charging at the Tesla chargers. The store is large and offers lots of stuff including gift shop items. The bathrooms were clean. There's stores and fast food places nearby to walk to to make time go by faster. I would stop here again. read more

I love terribles. I stop at terribles every chance I get I unfortunately stopped at this one after getting gas at Loves across the highway and wanted clean restroom and see what they had different from Loves, their entryway into their restrooms smelled like the urine of 100 men. It was so awful in the bathroom. The women's room was awful the stench, it brought back nightmares of the gas stations from the 1970s it was so disappointing and disgusting and gross. The employees are so nice. I felt uncomfortable complaining to them. Please please please please please please please do something about the awful grotesque stench in your restroom and your restroom entryway. Where are the beautiful murals are I mean the whole store is beautiful, but the stench is awful. One more chance. read more

Great location....adjacent to a Tesla Supercharger. Nice big store, lots of selections....biggest convenience is that it has a restroom...but I've not seen a filthier place in a long time. Hand towels all over the men's room floor! Ugh!! Looks like service staff hasn't been in here in hours. Too bad....could have been great...perfect rest location if you're driving between LA and Phoenix. read more

After plugging the Tesla in for a charge, I walked over to this gas station to use the restroom and to buy some snacks. The convenience store was pretty large, clean, and well stocked. The staff working here were all very friendly people. I ended up buying a Snak Club bag of protein power snack mix. While checking out the store, I saw that they had screens showing the weather forecast and freeway traffic. read more

Don't let the name deceive you, this place is not terrible. They have a great selection of drinks, snacks, and even a soda machine. They have plenty of bathrooms (including private ones) and they were super clean. Their gas is fairly affordable for the area and it's definitely one of the nicest gas stations I've ever visited. read more

Had a great time at this newer gas station. I love that it had endless amounts of Tesla chargers and acute little dog park area for my dog to run around on our long road trip lots of reasonably priced gas station gifts and a $53 bag of the most amazing jerky you've eaten can be found here. The beer is especially during the summer here in Arizona, we walked in there to cool down. It was so much fun so much for being amazing and not terrible at all. read more

If I could give ten stars, I would. Today, while there, I ran into some car trouble. Kept me there for three hours, but everyone there were incredibly kind, helpful, empathetic, and supportive. It was amazing, given "I couldn't care less about you" general attitude of society lately. Seriously, if you're one of those who helped me today - THANK YOU!! We love Terribles. If there is one near we will make the trek to go there oppose to other gas stations. The gas is overall cheaper and they offer a variety of food, drinks and snacks for your trip. Restrooms are clean and they have alot of stalls. TIP: Download their app for the bonus before you fill up. read more

Shortly after crossing the state line, I stopped by this gas station/convenience store for fuel and snacks. I fueled up my car, and I proceeded inside to make a pit stop. After getting done, I got a bottled water and some trail mix. The inside of the store was sizable, well-stocked, air-conditioned, and staffed with friendly people. I was able to find everything I was looking for. This gas station is conveniently located off the I-10. For those travelling on a budget, the price difference was not that great compared to prices in California. Keep this in mind. There is not much else to saw about this station other than it was a quick, convenient, and pleasant experience. read more

A must-stop every time we travel to or from Arizona! Conveniently located off Exit 17, this spot never disappoints. Best gas station to stop at. If you normally stop in blythe from ca, go 20 minutes further, stop here. You won't regret it. Come this way 4-5 times a year, always clean and well stocked. Every once in awhile you get the crazies walking in. But nothing to wild. read more

Considering this gas station is in the middle of RV country...We had our RV and traveling through the area. The side entrance / driveway to get there isn't lableed and looks like a private drive to another business so its hard to turn around a 40' RV to come back once you realize you've passed it. Then when you drive in ...there needs to be an arrow to turn directly to the left to go in front of the Tesla chargers. Due to no signage we went straight and ended up luckily going around on a dirt road by the car washes to finally get to the small pump area. Second....The pumps for diesel are amongst the regaular gas pumps so its extremely hard to pull an RV in without blocking regular gas pumps which infuriates people with smaller cars and trucks. Jokingly when we left i said to my husband " now i know why they call this Terribles".....this is not a negative review....hopefully its taken as constructive criticism. read more

Great stop. Lots of gas pumps. Lots of Tesla chargers, semi clean bathrooms and nice o terror store and they have a pet stop with fake grass which is great EXCEPT that there is NO SHADE and the plastic gets very hot. So thank you for the nice pet stop but PLEASE put up a tarp/shade or trees or something. Overall great stop especially if you don't have pets read more

Some creeper would not come out of the restroom, he spent a long time taking up a stall and the smells got worse. Now, I will say the floor and sink were kept tidy given the amount of traffic coming in and out on a daily basis. Additionally, the convenience store section was well-stocked and orderly. I further appreciated the access to showers and designated fueling stations for truckers. I can tell this Love's was built with intent, they planned the entire station well. If you're hungry there's a Subway and Chester's inside the Love's. Lots of guys were buying a snack on the way out, the food looked hot and ready! Everything looked fresh and smelled great.

This mobile had womens multiple bathroom stalls and they were clean with stocked paper and seat covers . No paper towels so you'll need to bring a little TP in your packet for the door handle. Overall a decent place to take a break. To Dog Owners , Please pick up your dog poop after you relieve them in the field next to the station. we witnessed many people walking dogs and noone ever brought back the package their little friend left .
