During our stay in Bentonville at the La Quinta, inns and suites, I was very happy to discover that immediately next-door to the hotel is a Starbucks. You never know how large a Starbucks will be until you get inside, so I was happy to see this one had quite a few tables, and it was not crowded when I visited. I ordered a coffee cake and a grande cappuccino. The coffee cake was warmed up nicely and the cappuccino was great. The inside was very clean and well-maintained. My only issue with this particular Starbucks is the drive-through lane does not have a pass around lane next to it. So if you start to go through the drive-through, and then decide you'd rather just go in, forget about it. You'll be stuck in the drive-through lane until everyone in front of you pays and picks up their orders before you can exit. Other than that it was a great experience. read more

Decently sized Starbucks with reasonable parking and a drive-through. Very friendly baristas who prepare their coffee quickly and efficiently. It's still Starbucks coffee (overroasted), so there's that. A few tables inside, each of which has an outlet nearby. Several outside tables with umbrellas. And my favorite, free wi-fi. read more

This is one of 2 locations I know of one Walton and I frequent this location when coming to the office from Tulsa, OK. It's easy for me. This is in a good spot but can be tricky to negotiate your way out of a parking space early in the day because or the drive thru line. I don't go inside in the mornings because of this. The Baristas here have always been friendly to me and I get my coffee the way I like it so I enjoy the consistency. Inside the store is like many other starbucks but this one is kind of small. Not a lot of room for groups at all or me being a bigger guy I don't set up my lap top for work. For me this is beat served for drive thru only. I come for coffee and as long as I can get it I'm happy!!! read more

Just visited this Starbucks branch for the first time. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a happy barista. Zach went over the top to make our day better. Our new North Carolina friend that worked the drive through window made every sip of the high priced coffee worth it. I have been to the drive thru at this location a couple times, that is the extent of my review. I do not frequent starbucks or any coffee place in general, just in occasion. It is very convenient that this location has a drive thru option - you can also go inside. Ordering has always been efficient, quick, and correct. Customer service has been good. Standard Starbucks as far as quality of drinks and pasties are concerned, however out of multiple times using this location I cannot help but feel put out by the very long wait for often just a black coffee. Inside employees seem to be slow to attend to customers and outside the drive through is often around the building. However the new holiday cups with the stag is absolutely adorable!! read more

Ordered some my usual venti ice coffee, since the weather was cold out I decided to not have ice in. It turns out the girl only poured me only half a cup, saying that either I take I've in my drink or she would charge me for a bigger size cup. I've had 100s of these drinks from coast to coast and this is the first time I've heard of this policy. Either Bentonville Arkansas is in a different universe or this store has some bad policies. Well I'll never come back to this store again, (chick-fill-a) has some really good ice coffee, they are a little down the road from the Starbucks and they'll give you your drink without ice if you ask for it hassle free. read more

A terrible service experience today! I wasn't greeted, as the barista was busy telling a story to his coworker. There was no one in line but me. I stood there awkwardly for about 30 seconds, and almost just left. He finally asked for my order, no greeting, no "thanks", no acknowledgement at all. This is the second time this week I have been to this location. Both times I was enthusiastically greeted when I walked in. Caught me off guard, both times lol. Most locations do it, but not consistently. But both of these times, not only did the one person smile big and greet me loudly, with shear pleasure, but the others working were just happy to be there and be alive as well. These times, seriously made my day. I'm always happy going into a Starbucks, but just the way they upped their game, they took customer service to a different level. Lots of eye contact tact. She was even talking to me the entire time she was making my coffee. Super sweet, bubbly. I did ask her name, Bonnie. She was wearing the black apron, which means she's are a "coffee master". I had a roommate that was a Starbucks barista and told me about that training to become a master. Anyways. She was amazing. Fast, friendly drive-thru service. Rarely do I get offered alternatives to my skinny grande white mocha, but thankful that they are willing to spend a minute or two to explain the options (milk types, reduced fat, sugar-free, etc) especially during the busy morning hours. read more

Just got some a venti Sumatra coffee. It was hot and fresh. Normally what I would expect from Starbucks.

Of all the Starbucks in the immediate area (there's literally like 4-5 within a 4-5 minute drive from each other) I always had the best experiences here. The staff were always quick to make my orders and were always friendly and engaging. The coffee was always consistent and, in my opinion, tasted how they're supposed to taste. This is pretty indicative that they are following standards and not cutting corners. It was always clean inside, and I never felt any pressure to leave or that I was taking up space when visiting with friends over an order of only 2-3 ventis. read more

I paid 7$ and change for hot milk...also took forever in line to get my so called coffee that I ended up throwing away. read more

This is my first Yelp review, but I was so impressed by the kindness and generosity of the staff, I had to write. I had a late night working and an early meeting, so I stopped to pick up Starbucks for my team. When I got through the drivethru, I realized I had forgotten my wallet (I actually had it the whole time but it was buried in my bag). I told the barista I would meet her inside and loaded my starbucks app on my phone with additional funds. Another barista tried to use my starbucks app, couldn't get it to work, and just gave me my drinks for free! I went back later that afternoon and paid for my drinks and then some. My husband and i visit this Starbucks several times a week. We go inside and through the drive through. We have found the baristas to be knowledgeable, including the trainees. (they always remember the extras we like to our orders). Yes, sometimes there is a line - all the way out on the highway. But doesn't that speak volumes on how great this Starbucks is. People will wait to get products from this store. i love it and i am glad they are here. read more
