I'm a sucker for a good flaky pastry, so of course I tried the chocolate croissant. I also LOVE chocolate chip cookies! Both were delicious. The cookie was the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, there was a hint of salt, it was nicely browned. The croissant was perfectly laminated layer after layer, and the pistachio mixture that was in the center; it reminded me of a Fifth Avenue bar. Only negative thing...there was too much filling, I'm not a big filling gal. I would be doing a disservice if I didn't mention the wonderful service we received.
