Where else would I go to even if it's further out but to Starbucks. I found this establishment kinda cabin like feel. Service was phenomenal, with a pleasant atmosphere and great staff. cynthia is really kind and considerate and offered to remake my drink multiple times and the crew really seems to love her whenever i go in. i don't go in that often but the store always seems to be clean and organized when she's there. i had a seizure near my car and she found me and called 911 when she was taking out the trash, but won't take credit for saving a life. god bless her. read more

The coffee and everything like that was fine, but on multiple occasions, I have noticed different ladies (Toni? and Molly) really kind of bullying their younger coworkers and I find it really concerning. These ladies act really sweet to the customers, but they are being mean to the young people working there. It's just a bummer. read more

This is a hit and miss Starbucks. One drink was made perfect and the second drink was prepared incorrectly. The perfect drink would have also been incorrect but I caught the barista just in the nick of time. He was about to pour almond milk into my drink instead of the oat milk that I ordered. Really friendly staff! Super clean inside, follows CDC guidelines, but don't even think about ordering a dragon drink or anything with the dried fruit.. They're always out, and never offer to make you something else. read more

Free coffee...but there's a catch (more to follow on that). Used to be the best. Friendly, fun people, consistent quality. Now it is hit or miss. Each visit the drink may or may not taste like what it is supposed to. Often, the staff seems frazzled, and the delays at getting your order are increasing. There's no way out of their drive-through, so once you're in, you're committed, so be warned; you may be in for a long wait. In the evening, they seem so focused on cleaning and getting out quickly that the available items become limited. That's a cagey bait and switch; if you say you're open, then be open. Or at least post a limited menu after a certain hour. The last three evening visits they've told me they're cleaning equipment and could not make what I ordered. Three visits in a row. This last time, it was almost two hours before closing, and they said they could not make a frap because they were cleaning the blenders (the time before that was a blender "deep clean"). I'm beginning to wonder if I'm neglecting my home blender. I hope my blender doesn't become patient zero and I have to live with the guilt of my appliance negligence and the resultant outbreak. Here's how you get the free coffee: when they tell you that they can't make your order due to their cleaning efforts, they give you a gift card for $4. Then you take the card the quarter mile to the Starbucks in the grocery store and use it to get your drink. Voilà! Free coffee! And when I asked the barista if his blender was being cleaned, he gave me an odd look and replied that they don't clean until they are closed. Hmmm. Terrible drive through experience yesterday. Asked for light ice but it was filled to the rim. It was only a tall so had very little liquid. She refused to remake and turned her back to me. Finally when I didn't leave she turned around and said 'I'm busy' and 'this is how corporate asks us to make light ice'. Extremely (and surprisingly) rude, bad attitude. I'm pretty sure Starbucks touts 'coffee your way'. I've never had a problem with a remake on the couple occasions it's needed. She definitely isn't a Starbucks star employee:( crappy experience. read more

I've been periodically purchasing coffee at this Starbucks location over the past three years and it seems like a 50/50 chance that my cup will be partly empty when handed the cup at the drive through. It's incredibly disappointing and I'm surprised they don't catch it- I can feel the difference in a cup that's not full and that's not even my profession! Can they at least knock off $1 my order if I'm not getting the full 12 or 16 oz. that I paid for?! This is an ongoing problem at this location. read more

Wish I could give it negative stars. It's gotten worse and worse over time; and the past two weeks regardless of how many different people or scenarios (managers, baristas, drive-through, walk-in), it's always bad - bad as in insulting, difficult, and even downright cruel. I (used) to go here regularly, I'm finally done giving my money to a crappy business. The drive through always takes forever! Everywhere else in the country the Starbucks drive throughs go quickly (as a drive through should) so I'm not sure what's wrong with this location. The coffee is rarely as it should be: burnt, half full, you name it. Today my latte was mostly milk, I'm actually shocked at the coffee to milk ratio today. I basically got a cup of hot milk with a splash of coffee, pretty disappointing when you need and go there for a coffee. No more for me. read more

This was a nice little hidden Starbucks. I tried the newly arrived reserved Columbia el Penol. It is considered to be a medium roast; I found it refreshing and strong. The employees were cordial. The bathrooms were clean and the music was nice. Hubbs ordered his usual when we go to SB, a venti Pike Place (medium roast as well). Cashier got a money tip and kept fooling with the the money in the tip box. I was 4 cars behind watching. He wasn't wearing gloves which should have been tossed anyway because he was handling cash. I'm usually very impressed with this Starbucks, but this morning when I went to go get my mobile order the latte that I got had no flavor in it just coffee and milk, I ordered a smoked butterscotch latte, it's kind of disappointing when you can't go back in because you know they'll change it for you because they rock like that, but you're on your way to work so you can't. There is extra bonus points on their rewards program for getting a flat white after 2:00pm for several days in a row. They are supposed to be open till 8:00. I'm a regular customer of Starbucks. I would say I get 3-5 drinks a week from Starbucks. I pretty much order the same drink. When I got a drink from this specific store, it was the BEST drink EVER! I can't even describe it, but they made my drink so perfectly. I wish all Starbucks could make like that drink. My drink is a hot chai latte with soy milk, extra hot with little water. read more

The mocha tasted terrible. There was no coffee taste to it at all. We tried the drive through to save some time. Unfortunately we had to sit in our car for 10 minutes waiting for what was supposed to be a mocha. It was a waste of our time and money. read more

Hands down the slowest Starbucks I have EVER need to. The cashier was also serving as the barista while another person was handling the drive through orders. The best part though was the washes up Cougar from Aspen that had her little Terrier dog in a sweater and when I tried to pet it the woman yanked the dog back and said she didn't want the dog to get germs!! The guys (males) that work at this place are fabulous. I can't say the same for the old woman (brown hair, short in stature). I know it's her working the drive thru every time she takes my order because after I give my order she only says "sure" or "ok". So I just sit there until she tells me to pull up or anything more than "sure." Her customer service skills are the absolute worst. Once I ordered my very, simple "grande pike place with a little extra cream" I got a tall latte instead- I pointed this out to her and all she said was "I guess I can remake it for you"..today I asked for a little more cream after I tasted it. She took the lid off,almost poured the coffee out the window until she saw a car behind me in line. So thoughtful, since I prefer coffee not splashed on my car. She pours out almost half of my coffee inside and then puts the cup on the stand for me to watch her pour cream in. I kept saying "ok, that's plenty" but she kept pouring. So now I have a grande cream with half coffee in it. The guys can get this right- why can't old lady? Because she has poor social skills. Either she was being a smart ass or dumb ass.I tasted it and it was cold but because I had a sleeping baby I drove home. Poured the drink in a mug and heated it up in my microwave. I loved my half cream half coffee drink. I hope old lady isn't making $15 an hour- she's not worth it. I too will be an old lady one day but I will know how to make a coffee and know how to talk to people. read more
