Sweet mother Mary...it pains me to leave ANOTHER 2 star review for my dear love, Starbucks. Rip my heart out, pour coffee grounds on it and smoosh it to smithereens. I wondered why this location had poor ratings and now I am fully aware (sadly) as to why that is the case. There is no denying that this location is definitely low on the Starbucks totem pole fo sho' yo. However, it is not like you are presented with a plethora of locations in this area....so I suppose some have no choice but to grimace​ and bare it. First off, who created the bench across the wall at this location? They were some ganja smoking alcoholic​ MOFO's....that's​ for sure! I have NEVER been more uncomfortable in a seated position in all my life. The padding is comfortable for your bottom (super soft suede) but the seat depth combined with the lack of a comfortable backing makes it HORRIBLE! Second (and in my opinion most important) the customer service here was abhorrent​. Casey took care of us and was just plain rude. Someone peed in her cheerios that morning for sure! She wanted to argue with me (the Starbucks guru) about the refill policy....girl, don't even. When I opened up the website and showed it to her, she was angry and rude. Don't be hating Casey! I am sorry I know more about this than you. The quality of our drinks were as expected. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean as well and service time was on point. This is a great Starbucks location. It is right near an exit from the highway, however I have never had to wait in a long line when I visit. In the drive thru, the employees greet you with their name, and are always pleasant and friendly. When I get to the window, they greet you with a smile and my order is always correct and the taste is consistent. One thing I've noticed though, is that they don't always give you a splash guard in your drink, and you must ask for it. Just one thing to remember. read more

This review could be for many Starbucks and I'm here to tell you, I've been to well over 100 Starbucks over the years. I lived and worked in Chicago & suburbs and this was the "juice" that kept me going. I still frequent the venue when in Chi-Town. But I digress, we're at Starbucks just off Rt. 46 near the Hwy. in Austintown, OH. I'm sure this store has huge peak hours but the few times I stopped in it was relatively idle, including the drive-thru. So it should be quite easy to listen to the customer and get things right - right? NO! Not right. Two Venti Pikes with room for cream. The barista asks me if I would like him to add the cream before pouring. No, I'll put the cream in myself. I open up the cups to discover they are filled to the rim. This happens at other Starbucks as well (Alliance, OH & North Canton). So I dump out a little coffee (what a waste) to add cream. I also had to ask for a drink carrier more than once. Attention Deficit??? OH, and that half-n-half. The container was empty at the station so I had to ask for a refill. Said barista put some in a small paper cup. Why not fill the regular vessel and be done with it? Besides, there was waste. Getting coffee has become a big pain in the posterior. To be honest the folks in the "big city" are more professional, better trained and earn their tips. Speaking of tips, I pay with a Starbucks card which registers to my phone where I can apply a tip. What's nice is when service stinks I can easily skip this process. I just saved some money or received some payback for my wasted time. You're pouring coffee, it's not rocket science. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks possibly ever. The customer service at this location is probably worse than you would expect at an understaffed gas station. When I asked if staff had more of a mug in the back, the manager Theresa snapped at me that that was all they had, when this cup had clearly been dropped and was all jacked up on the lid. The passive aggressive tone isn't one that belongs in a space where people just go to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. Won't be going back, and don't recommend anyone else goes. read more

I got my usual green tea frappuccino with chocolate chips blended, and it was watery (even though I didn't request the to make the drink with skim milk this time) and not as many chocolate chips blended than most other Starbucks locations. +1 star for quick service. read more

Don't get me wrong, their service is AMAZING! But, on certain days of the week, the drive thru is very long! I've also gotten weird looks in the cafe when I've asked for bakery items and even drinks too that the staff knew they had in their menu. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to and there are two key reasons why. First, I don't know if it's because it's a newer store or what, but the bathroom didn't have that weird quasi-unpleasant smell that most Starbucks bathrooms have. Maybe it's just me who notices this? Possibly, but I was pleased nonetheless. Second, all of the drinks (even those ordered at the register) get keyed into their system as ordered and a sticker pops out, just like when you use the drive thru or the mobile ordering. Much better chance of getting my drink right (and they did on this occasion). I know they have a system of hieroglyphics for writing on the cups, but the newbies don't always have it down and then I get three pumps of Classic (CL, I believe) when what I really wanted was three pumps of caramel (just a C). Why, cruel world, why?!? Alas, this Starbucks doesn't have that problem, so I like them. And next time I'm passing through this particular portion of Ohio, I'm certain I'll stop again! read more

well first can I just say I live in Vegas....and we have about (2) 24 hour Starbucks. Not that I need coffee at 4am but wow....IMPRESSIVE! Hence the extra star! So now...their drinks. They aren't consistent. I went pretty much everyday, sometimes twice a day. Venti Iced Coffee, 10 pumps vanilla, cream and LIGHT ICE. Some days it was perfect. Other days tasted as if they put 1 pump of vanilla. Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato. Well the first one was so awful I didn't bother to try again. Mom always gets a Tall Caramel Frapp, extra whip, extra caramel. Not good for ya I know but it's her guilty pleasure lol. See here in Vegas, they put Caramel Drizzle in the cup...IN THE CUP plus on the top of the whip. All the times she said extra caramel but didn't say in the cup, they never put it in the cup. WTH. I mean slightly off yes but waayyy off every time is not good. They must know they're they only ones on that side of town so they really don't care I guess whereas in Vegas, it's one on damn near every corner. By the 5th day I just resorted to Venti Dark Roast Hot Coffee and added my own Cream and Sugar...pfft. read more

Not a great Starbucks experience at all. The pour over Christmas Blonde Roast was very bitter . The one I had a a Cincinnati store was fantastic but not here. My daughter asked about a cup they had for sale. The one on display was damaged and she asked for a different one. The person who I think was the manager was very rude about this, and there weren't any more of the mugs. It did not feel like we were in a Starbucks with the happy feels and all. I am a regular at this location and I wanted to recognize an amazing employee from yesterday. His name is Ben. He was one of the nicest and most polite employees I have ever encountered. There's a problem with my drink and I called and he took care of it. I don't usually call and complain but this time I really was upset. Ben took care of me and I had apologized over n over but he really made me feel so much better about it. He actually apologized to me and had remade my drink himself, which came out amazing!!! Wow only on other customer in there, sitting at his computer 4 or 5 employees including a manager and employee playing with the the pastry display It was like I was invisible, just stood there looking at me but no one going to the cash reg to take an order . My wife and I stopped here to kill time while our kids were at church for Awana. I haven't been to a Starbucks in probably 2 years. This one is new and has been at this location for a year or less I think. The place is clean and offers the regular fare you would find at any Starbucks. It is located just off of I-80 in Austintown on SR 46. I had the Mocha Frappacino and the wife had decaf Cafe Mocha. Both were good and it helped to pass the time. I'm not sure if they are a wi-fi hot spot but I assume it is. I may visit here more often in the future but I have to admit that Dunkin Donuts is where my coffee cravings are usually satisifed. My go to Starbucks! Yes the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare at peak times but I love that they are opened 24hours and I have always had very friendly staff who make my drinks exactly how I order. I'm here several times a week and only on maybe 3 occasions have I ever had to have a drink re made or altered from what I ordered. One of my favorite places to study for exams because it is pretty quite and with the Starbucks gold card you can get free refills on coffee and tea when you're inside and when studying who can pass that up! The baristas are all very friendly and make great drinks. Service is quick and the location inside is always clean. Very happy with this Starbucks. read more

They can't seem to keep the line moving and mostly due to the fact that they take an order and then the next car up is told to wait and then they wait until the car in front of them is pulling away to actually take the next order! I always come to this location to get my coffee. My coffee was made wrong and when I went back in to have them fix it no one even apologized or said anything to me.
