Their beans are great and I spend a lot of money on coffee between myself, my husband and my daughter each month BUT their inability to treat a customer with courtesy is completely inexcusable. We ordered 4 bags of smoky hollow ground to espresso. The first 4 bags were phenomenal. We have a Delonghi $200 espresso machine we use at home. The last 2 bags were ground by a different person and were ground so fine it would not allow the water to run through. I called and told them about it and expected to hear something along the lines of take it and so we can inspect the product and make it right (exchange it for a properly ground bag/issue a refund etc), instead I was asked to wait till the next day for a manager to call me since the person on the phone was no able to issue a refund. I get a call the next day and I tell her what I said above and the blame was somehow passed to us as the customer because we must have ordered it wrong...mind you we ordered the same exact thing each time with no issues the first 4 times. She says I can't issue you a refund but write an email to stonefruitcoffee@gmail.com. When asked if she has the authority to issue a refund since this was day 2 of just wanting espresso at home (I literally thrive on my coffee to set the tone for the day), she gives an inconsistent answer. Yes, but no...so write the email...I question if she feels the issue is our fault to clarify and she gets rushed and rude and hangs up on me. Long story short, I write the email..message their FB page and they read the response with no reply. My husband tries to go in person to show them the product and they didn't even inspect the grind we were given they ask "what do you want us to do?"...They say because of my phone call that we are BANNED from their store!! Mind you NO SWEARING, no nothing out of line, just that we were harassing them or being threatening or something along those lines and don't come back. I can promise you I was a patient and loyal customer who was not looking for problems, just a quick fix for the bad ground I bought with our money. After waiting a second day I was appalled that they would treat a customer so badly. Basically it seems that no one their end is capable of making an honest mistake. I could have just said k and left the issue but how can I trust I don't spend another $12 again and have the same issue when I was still out money from before? They gave my husband a refund and then banned us from coming back. Praying it can be resolved..truly a very confusing situation from a local company that I would have loved to continue supporting and am still waiting for a response back via email or FB on the situation. read more

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with this coffee company. My husband and I regularly stop. The staff is friendly and coffee is always excellent. Today we stopped in and when I picked up my cup it had a leak. While staff was changing the cup for me I grabbed a few napkins, dropped them on the floor and wiped up the coffee that leaked. When I picked up the napkins it had zero dirt on it. Place is extremely clean. I don't see many places like this. Great job! read more

I'm from out of town and was hoping to find a nice stop to hang out for a few hours and get some work done, but unfortunately this place just did not cut it. Coffee was fine but the two employees dancing behind the counter, obliviously rocking out to the super loud music they had going just made it impossible to stay for long or get anything done. (I realize this makes me sound like a cranky old lady, but I promise I'm not!) Probably good as a drive thru or if the weathers right for sitting outside. read more

Customer service is always great to and the owner always makes it a point to socialize with customers, which makes me want to support a small local business even more so. I finally made it to Stone fruit coffee. They do a pourover premium coffee in an old bank building. And operate it as a drive through..5 star coffee and 5 star operation .Best coffee I had in a really long time . A few tables inside. And outside Decor is nice . Some coffee cakes ,ect.. pourovers take more time to make but make a excellent bitter free coffee .Got to wait a few minutes for coffee Can't wait to get back down there next time I'm in the area read more
