I don't know how anybody gave them a bad review. I'd never leave reviews for Starbucks because most of the ones I go to. They are rude. Especially the one on Mississippi by the 225 freeway. This one on ILIFF is awesome. Doesn't have a drive-through, but the staff are incredibly nice. I mean, incredibly nice, they are so nice to random people. They don't know that I had to let them know when I was leaving just how much of a difference that Starbucks is. I go to Starbucks almost every day to work for a couple hours in between my appointments and I have seen the worst. Also, the two times I've gone here, somehow they made my drinks better than any other Starbucks I have been to. Even though it is just a mocha frappe. Not sure how they make that better but it was a lot better. read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time , I love Brittany I'm not sure how to spell her name but she's always so nice and she remembers my order and writes nice notes on my Starbucks drinks sometimes. She's my favorite. There is one employee that hates her job and is never nice but other than that this Starbucks is great!!!! When I walked in I REALLY had to use the facilities. I didn't think much of it because Starbucks touts their free restrooms all over the world. Yes domestic only travelers...overseas at most places you will pay for restroom usage. Anyhow...as I am walking by I hear someone say 4 numbers and I'm not really sure why. Well as I approached I saw why. There's a code lock on the door!!! I've not seen this in another store before, but then again I use drive through mostly. So be aware!! The girls were pleasant on this Sunday morning. Made sure to give me a time on how long my London Fog iced latte would take and didn't give me the eye roll I normally get when ordering it. I actually did my second mobile app order and chose this location by mistake (I was thinking I selected another one but this one apparently was closer to where I was, and I mistakenly selected it.) It doesn't have a drive through so I had to get out of the car. But tat is okay since I just walked in and it was ready for me. It took way less time than when I order through the drive through at the normal place I go to. So I ended up being disappointed by choosing this location buy ended up being very happy in the end. read more

I've been going here for a while now but I won't be going back. My coffee tastes so strong that when I got home I had to add creamer to it. Just stopped by here to pick up a mobile order before driving back to Maryland. The Caramel Macchiato was 100000% perfect. I would have ordered two if I knew it was gonna be flawless. It's an alright location. I mean, it's not really any different than other Starbucks location. I do like that you can get on the internet there now, I think the company changed it's wifi deal since the last time I checked, and you don't have to pay for it now. Which is awesome. This is one of the smaller locations, which can get really crowded when the school kids are all there, but it's still not too bad. One awesome thing is they have those really cool tables that have attached power strips, so you can plug your laptop in and not have to worry about your battery dying. Also, the staff is really cool. They chat with me often about work and such when I go in, and help me discover new drinks. read more

Maybe because its in the middle of no where CO, it didn't feel like your normal starbucks. Maybe it was all the snow outside, or the lack of typical starbucks decor, but this location just felt very unwelcoming, and rather cold. Drinks were fine, but workers seemed rather uninterested to be there. Worked as a coffee fix while I was visiting, but just doesn't compare to my local starbucks. read more

Always friendly staff. I just moved here and have been coming in for about two weeks to sit and drink my Americano and enjoy the atmosphere. This use to be our favorite spot. On this evening while we sat inside sipping coffee chatting with other patrons we all watched one of the baristas cough and not cover her mouth. She was off to the side near the refrigerator. The 2nd phlegm cough into palm was gross but more alarming she continued with the food inventory. Its flu season. Hand sanitizer in the industrial size pump jars should be available for them. If we return I will bring my own cup. Think I will forgo my fav pastry at this location. read more

The husband and I ended up here since our appointment elsewhere ended up running behind and we needed some time to kill. We were very basic and just ordered the Pumpkin Spice lattes. Sure I could drive just up the street to one of the three ubiquitous Starbucks conveniently located near me, but I prefer coming to this location instead. Consistency is key here. Maybe it's because this place isn't really packed and busy like the one off Tower and Hampden that the baristas aren't rushing out orders just to keep up with the ridiculously long line outside the drive thru. This is the best Starbucks in my area. Every time I go here, my drink is made well. Once I went in to get tea for my boyfriend who was sick and I don't know much about tea, so I asked the lady at the counter her opinion. She was so incredibly nice and helpful and went through all the different teas that are offered and she recommended that I put honey in it. She went above and beyond what I would think a Starbucks employee generally would and she really cared. The only issue that I have with this Starbucks is that they close so early - either 730 or 8 pm, but I don't feel they should lose a star because of this based on my overall experience. read more

Even with the line ahead of me, my coffee was made in a very timely manner. Everything came out correctly. The store was clean, staff was nice. I really loved the older lady at the register. She was super sweet and asked all the right questions. The store was clean (front door was very dirty but I blame gross customers and their children for putting their hands all over it when they clearly have door handles). It's a nice location too! The reason I didn't put five stars was because my steaming hot latte wasn't offered with a sleeve and it was practically boiling. Also, there was only one barista working and fellow coworkers/ possible management just sat at a table in the dining area and watched as she rushed and did her best to keep up with the rush. I was very disappointed to see that not one of the four employees at their table offered to help out for a few minutes. Instead they just kept glaring at us customers and then the barista.
