I ordered my drinks via mobile which it allowed and it tells me drinks will be ready by a certain time. I go there sit at drive thru and no one acknowledges me so I drive up to the window. There is a girl there that completely ignores me sitting there. I call the store and I am told they opened late. If they open late they should not be able to take orders on the app, it made me late to work. They did refund my money , but it was a huge inconvenience and poor business practice to be late opening and still allow orders to come in. It is important to be considerate of others time. read more

I go to Starbucks pretty regularly, so I try to leave raving reviews when I can. Today I went through the drive-through and was greeted very pleasantly, and was even prompted politely when I forgot to say, whether or not, I wanted my drink, hot or iced. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, I was greeted by Emma who reminded me that I had stars once I scanned my app and asked if I wanted to use them. She was so nice and added a little bit of extra positive energy to my day. I understand that not everybody has a great day every time they go into get their coffee. If you've been in any Starbucks, you already know what to expect. In that respect there were no surprises at this location. We were waiting for our next stop to open and decided to chill at this Starbucks nearby. There was the usual delay before I was able to order but not too long. The location was convenient for us on our way from point A to point B. I ordered a big size drip Coffee and an Everything Bagel. My wife decided to try the Chicken & Quinoa Salad. It didn't take long for my order to come out. I usually need to fix my coffee with cream and sugar so I took care of that and finally sat down to eat. It was a bit crowded but we had no problem finding seats. This Starbucks was clean and the staff were friendly as they took my order and prepared it for me. We don't come this way often so have not been to this location before. I think I'll have to remember to stop here more often. read more

For the most part, Starbucks is Starbucks. This one isn't much different than the others. It is relatively new, but that's about it. The reason I felt the need to review this was the staff. Maybe my faith in humanity has dropped so much recently that my expectations are now so low, but I was pleasantly surprised here. The day I went, it was absolutely packed, and they seemed short-staffed behind the counter. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for me as its next to one of the only open freeway entrances at the moment. They are consistently making mistakes on simple drinks and taking a crazy amount of time to get people through the drive thru. Lets just say theyre lucky they have such a stellar corporate customer service line backing them up, because they are unreachable by phone. All of the phone numbers online are inoperative or incorrect and none of the other branches have it on file. Super sketchy. Just call the corporate customer service line with issues and theyll take care of you. I hope this place gets new management soon!! read more

Great place to study and chill for the students who live nearby. The place is always clean and tidy, despite having a high volume of customers from inside and from the drive thru. It still boggles my mind that they are still so welcoming even at the busiest of times. I definitely cant call this Starbucks perfect, mostly because the drinks always seem inconsistent. I order the same drink on three different days and it somehow tastes different each time. But the overall customer service is fantastic and what keeps bringing me back for more. Going inside isn't any faster - not sure what is different about this location than others, but each time it's so slow. I always try to come here before my class and every time I come no matter how short or long the line is, the workers take 20 years to get everyone through the drive thru. My frappachinos are always watery. And they are so quiet when they give me my drink because they know they did a terrible job. Most inconsistent Starbucks. I like to use Mobile Ordering - often takes 10-15 minutes beyond estimated time - for brewed coffee. Order coffee and a food item and count on MANY minutes extra for the food item, even if it's just a bakery item. Drive thru is 30 minutes deep every morning, not a chance of wasting my time there. Yesterday I got a brew coffee, after much delay, it was the wrong size and filled with grounds, and I just walked away rather than continue waiting for danish. This is my favorite coffee/breakfast shop in the area. The interior is not too big but the layout makes it feel modern and spacious. I have recently switched Starbuck locations due to a move. I was very pleased with the Starbucks at the Villiage in Rochester, Michigan. The Starbuck on Squirrel Rd. consistently makes my drink wrong. Today, the person who took my drink order wasn't paying attention and I had to repeat myself several times. The noise from a personal conversation from other employees kept thisbperson from hearing. Then when I received my drink, I was extremely disappointed, again. You charge over 5.00 and consistently give me something I did not order. I asked for a very dry venti Capp and instead, received a venti cup filled with milk. This time I watched the Barista remake my drink. He failed to steam the froth for longer than 10 seconds and therefore, did not have any froth to spoon in. Now, cars are waiting behind me for 4 minutes already and the Barista again is pouring more milk into the metal pitcher to steam. Grave disappointment. read more
