Although, the part that really threw me off was that as I was sitting and drinking my matcha, I overheard the baristas speaking negatively, and very loudly mind you, about other customers. I could very clearly hear their complaints about one customer in particular who apparently had asked multiple times whether or not they had an option for online ordering (they don't), but the baristas all seemed very openly annoyed by this customer and agreed with one another about it. It was a bit awkward to be sitting and hearing them talk so negatively about a customer, especially knowing that I too have asked them that same question before...
