Everytime I come through drive through, the manager always has a nice chat with their customers and its always so sweet. The service is fast and quick. Inside has tables to sit and study perfect for students or office workers. The food is always fresh and as stated. I was in a huge hurry thanks to the delays caused by the unreal read work at the intersection of I-20 and 287. But coffee was critical so I whipped in here at 8am on a Monday. Super easy off and back on again freeway ramps. The good news was, not one car in the drive-through line! Plus a super nice barista taking orders and chit-chatting with me at the payment window! The bad news was that my cappucino was more like a bunch of hot milk with some espresso added (cappucino enjoyers everywhere know why that's not what we hope for when we order a cappucino.) Luckily I adjusted my expectations for Starbucks to make a decent cappucino years ago. They just don't make 'em like they used to (and yes I was ordering my same drink back then.) I will return and see what they can do with my cappucino next time... it might just be fabulous! read more

Quick visit through the drive-thru to get my PSL fix and something the munch on. When we arrived there wasn't much of a line of vehicles waiting to be served. To speed up things, I ordered through the app, a Pumpkin Spiced Latte and a holiday plum danish. Oh my, the PSL was delightful and the holiday plum danish was SO delicious. What a wonderful treat. I gave this place 3 chances and I'm ngl I absolutely hate their coffee and lattes so much. I try to order different things to see if it will still be nasty and unfortunately it is! I never want to be the one to leave a bad review but sadly this location definitely deserves it. However, I do like the customer service at this location. If the baristas aren't gonna stir your drink for you it would be better if they didn't fill it up past the brim with ice. I spilled my iced latte on my phone, then tapped on the window for some napkins, they didn't notice, so I threw a penny at the window and I have a hard time believing they didn't hear that since I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. Did you know that Starbucks no longer serves decaf coffee, only decaf espresso? I was super sad to learn this because I couldn't enjoy my favorite pumpkin cream cold brew. They had to make a decaf latte to then put pumpkin cream on top. No decaf drip coffee or decaf cold brew. The batista was helpful in trying to create a drink that would work for me and empathized with the desire for decaf. The drink was okay but did not hit the same. As disappointing as that was, the ambience of this location was fantastic with great natural light and a beautiful brown leather couch. Starbucks bring back decaf coffee!! read more

came a few days ago and ordered a mocha frappe with a double shot espresso, and I get a caramel frappe instead!??? decided to go inside to have my drink remade, and I'm waiting for 15 minutes!!! but I will say after the manager lady with the shaved head gave me a cake pop and apologized for the mess up. she was the only one who even looked at me and greeted me, no one else looked at me which I thought was rude. this store needs to do better read more

I have been to this particular Starbucks location numerous times since it opened a few years ago, and it has never failed me! The service, both inside and drive-thru, has been relatively quick. The employees are always pleasant and welcoming. This is a great study spot for an individual or two people. There is plentiful seating, and there are many outlets as well. The WiFi and drink quality are consistently reliable. The music is also a comfortable volume. It can get a little loud sometimes with the beeping and blenders, but a good pair of headphones can remedy that. On a whole, I can recommend this Starbucks for a consistent drink and study space! read more

She said she had my order that I placed 5 minutes before pulling up to the window but it wasn't ready yet so she made me go all the way back through the drive through, wait in the line again and then when I came back she tried to say I never placed an order. Brand new location locates off Mansfield highway and sublette road. It open back in October but it feels very welcoming. I went into the store to use a gift card and one of the managers on duty greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told him I don't drink coffee and I like strawberry and sugar on my drinks, from there he gave me several suggestion. I haven't been to this location in a while, but was close by, and I will honestly say it has renewed my faith in Starbucks. Not only was the order fast and tasted delicious, but also The barista named Gene was genuine & sincere. I felt like I was talking to an old friend not just somebody handing me my coffee. Fast and friendly service, always. No matter how busy they are, they are always friendly.

The bomb-diggity. My order is always the same, "Tall house, black, no room, please". I was wearing a white dress shirt and the server asked if I had a big day today, and I was indeed, and let him know. He turned to pour and handed me an upsize and said, "I added a little extra to give you a boost ". I appreciate that! The store is clean, staff is friendly and attentive, and the drive through was very busy. Of course the restrooms are gender neutral. To the girl at sbux on sublett who purposely puts peppermint in my drink and doesn't give me my extra shots of espresso that I paid for. Get over high school drama I never even talked to her. I've never had an issue with Starbucks that I get almost every day and the same drink every time. But recently I've been going to Sublett and the cashier gave me attitude and purposely messed up my drink the next time I came in bc she knew me from highschool and I guess she didn't like me?? Slowest Starbucks around the metro! Prepare to sit in the drive-through line for at least fifteen minutes! Doesn't matter day or time of day - they are always slow (even on a Sunday Morning).
