I ordered my coffee and sat down to read, and while I was there, I watched him greet every other customer after me with a much warmer, more upbeat welcome. He also acknowledged people as they left, but did not do the same for me. The coffee was good, although a little sweet. I also purchased one of the specialty drinks from the cooler because the packaging caught my attention, but I honestly didn't like it. As a customer, the lack of basic hospitality stood out more than the coffee. I'm big on customer service, and this experience left a bad taste. I won't be returning.

I spoke extremely clearly on the stand whereas my adversary made a complete fool of himself and lost a significant amount of his rights in court. I was confident and said everything I needed to- nothing more and nothing less. I followed up with Eric and Jo a couple weeks later and we discussed the positive outcome. Both of these wonderful people filled me with so much positive energy as they reassured me that I'm on the right path - a path of forgiveness and elevation. It's been quite a journey, but life is so much fuller when you prioritize mental and spiritual health.
