They make the best ice cold Carmel Macchiato's with Oatmilk and decaf. They are usually pretty nice but I had one drive thru barista totally disrespect me because she overheard me saying to a passenger in my car "you do not understand business very well" she thought I was talking about Starbucks but I was talking to my dad about business being I am a CEO so she was so rude to me although I explained to her I was not talking about Starbucks she still was rude and told me "I really hope you have a better day" although I wasn't mad at Starbucks or my dad I was having an innocent conversation that has nothing to do with her. This review is for June 2025. The coffee was good. Got it to go. This location is uninviting to relax in. The tables and chairs were not that clean. Smaller Starbucks in a strip mall near the freeway. They are very busy at the drive through but going inside was fine. The workers seem very busy and stressed out. The inside and bathrooms are a little dirty. I wouldn't stay here but it's fine for a to go order. read more

I love this Starbucks it's one of the sweetest locations. Actually care about your drink unlike other places where the quality is lacking. These girls always make my coffee right and handle of the busy drive-through location with poise. I love walking in and saying hello or stopping by real quick to get my go to beverage. This is my favorite Starbucks drive thru in town. The baristas are on top of everything when I go here - I've never had the experience other people are mentioning in their reviews. Granted I go at 5:45 to 6am before work so it's not as busy, but they are always really nice and get the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. I worked at a Starbucks many years ago and its more than just pouring coffee. I'm sure some things have changed but... There is a lot of effort that goes into pulling the espresso shots and steaming the milk before the shots oxidize or "die". It's definitely a quality i can taste and the fact they do it all in a drive thru is awesome. Love this place :) My recommendation is to go early when things you want to order are more likely in stock and the wait times are low. If you go during peak hours you're going to have to wait. That's how it is any drive thru or cafe. read more

I felt totally embarrassed and shamed today by Kailyn. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. It was a very bad experience. I went through the drive through and asked for a Ham and Swiss. She mentioned they were out. Ok so I asked what sandwiches do you have. She said the tomato mozzarella and I asked is that the one with pesto? She said yes. So I said I'll get that one. She then asked would you like a water with that? I was taken aback. I've been going to Starbucks for years and have ordered many sandwiches and drinks. Never have I been asked if I wanted water with my sandwich. I've been asked if I wanted to add a drink to my order. I've been asked if I wanted to add food with my drink. I actually already had a Starbucks strawberry açaí lemonade in my car from earlier. But it really wasn't what she said it was how she said it and her tone. It was rude and condescending. I've never been made to feel like that. At the drive through window I asked to speak to her manager and I got Elizabeth. She was nice but said she usually doesn't work in that Starbucks, which to me equated to she didn't want to deal with the situation or me. Terrible customer service. I ordered a tall coffee Frappuccino and the attendant did not even take my name. I sat down for a few minutes, and then turned behind me and saw the drink on the counter. Nobody bothered to call the drink out or let me know it was ready. If I hadn't turned around and get up, the drink would've continue to sit there and melt. I went up and asked if it was my drink - the baristas all had headsets and none of them acknowledged the problem or made eye contact. Rather, one of them 'dismissively said have a nice day,' rather than "I'm sorry." I know customer service is all but dead in 2024, but experiences like this make you want to go out and not spend money at Starbucks. I had to wait over 10 minutes; and not only did I have to wait, my drink tasted terrible. I ordered the iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha, and it was all oatmilk. I was literally drinking a cup of oatmilk. It wasn't even green. & the lavender cold foam was nonexistent. I watched the barista make it; she blended it for 3 seconds and poured it in my drink. Essentially, it was just cream added in my matcha. No lavender either. I went home and tossed it in the trash. If I had time to wait for them to remake it, I would have. This Starbucks is the closest location to my home. I go to Starbucks about once twice a week. This location has some of the worst employees. They don't acknowledge you they make you wait in line and they're not that busy. They're always out of Splenda for any drinks. The restaurant and work area needs some attention for cleanliness, they have boxes piled up along the hallway toward the bathroom. This is thee WORST Starbucks of them all!! I am use to the staff greeting me as I walk through the door, or when I approach the pick up counter. The girls here, are extremely rude! Do not acknowledge any customers whatsoever. They are VERY slow! And They have no sense of urgency when they are busy! They don't ever call names when you order inside even though they ask for your name. I order espresso beans the app and It gives the option to which they can grind the beans and I did espresso. They didn't grind them. I had to go back and interact with this snobby employee that I had to point out on the white tag that it said it was supposed to be grounded on espresso and she said I didn't know that's what it meant. What?! Seriously! PATHETIC!! Get it together! How do you work here and don't know what the tag means? I stopped coming here for a while but decided to give it another chance today. Not surprised at all these dismal reviews of this poorly managed Starbucks. Ordered a shaken latte with no ice (as the app allows and as I order successfully from numerous other Starbucks locations). When I arrived it had ice in it. I showed them my order and the barista rudely said they don't make them without ice. Further discussion went nowhere so I asked for a manager and was stunned that she doubled down on this horrible customer service and said corporate demanded that they don't make these drinks without ice. Why would the app allow this option if it wasn't available? Why would every other Starbucks I go to have no issues making it the way the customer wants? After visiting this store for YEARS, I have to say that it is chronically understaffed and unprepared. This store gets a lot of business and there is frequently -- so frequently it's become normalized for them -- any number of issues from them running out of products, including lids or straws, to delayed service. Placed mobile app order at 3:15pm for 3 drinks & it wasn't ready until 3:46pm. I don't fault the workers who appear busy, stressed as heck, and tired. I fault whoever is managing this place and needs a better handle on stock supply, peak service hours staffing, and keeping their system up. Other Starbucks I visit locally and further out (I travel quite a bit btwn NorCal & SoCal) do not appear to consistently struggle the way this store does. I uplift this in the hopes some honest feedback helps the mgmt team reflect. It's clear the workers want to get it right, it just doesn't appear they are well supported with product, equipment, and personnel they need to do so. Good luck! read more

Coming from the birthplace of Starbucks, I've found Starbucks in the Bay Area a wholesale disappointment. Slow and inconsistent service is the norm in the area. I imagine a Seattle area Sbux manager moving to the area would stroke out and die their first day in a store here. While this location is not immune it does much better than the others I used to frequent in the Brentwood/Antioch area. Drinks are decent, service is usually friendly, but they are slow. read more

This is the second time I've come through this drive through and they have a problem taking a simple regular coffee order with a extra shot and steamed cream. And I get a warm coffee (which is why I asked for steamed cream) they don't double cup like 80% of the other Starbucks do. And, they just put a little cream, which undoubtedly isn't steamed. $3.25 for each. And they can't make it correctly. And, it also tasted like it may have two raw sugars instead of the 3 I asked for.. You know how you know how your drink taste because you drink it every day , sometimes twice a day. Just went through the drive thru and I give it to the worker that was helping us at the window. He's doing multiple things so mistakes happens but he was super nice about everything. We ordered 3 drinks and 2 drinks was supposed to be ice but we got 1 ice drink and 2 hot drinks. We did feel bad asking him to remake one of the drink since we know that there's not a lot of employees at a time like this but he remade it with no problem and apologize since he's doing multiple thing.
