The barista was really rude about my tree nut allergy and kept talking over me when I tried to request the use of a sanitized blender to make my Frappuccino. She kept repeating that "all" the labels said they were **made in a facility** with nuts, so she couldn't accommodate my allergy at all--despite my partner and I both trying to explain that, yes, we understand the label warning and that they can't legally make any guarantees. I tried to explain that I get Starbucks several times a week; that I have to give this spiel every time and I'm not trying to be difficult. I was only asking them to do what's within their control (aka using a clean blender) to reduce my risk of a reaction. She ignored me. I was handed a drink that had clearly been finished before I explained about my allergy, with no regard for cross-contamination. I didn't feel safe drinking it but I also didn't want to argue, so I just took it. I ended up asking another location if they could remake it for me and one of the employees there pointed out what seems to be "fck you" written on my original cup. Not cool. read more

Kicked out. Charging for water. 1/25/25: Confirming you have to make a purchase now to get a cup of water. Smart way of covering losses. It was good while it lasted, thank you for allowing me to over my money elsewhere and adding another step to my daily routine. Review will either be removed, increased or stay. Apparently Starbucks is now starting to charge for water? The lady at the window informed me today. This is the first time I'm hearing about this and am a bit confused, I do ask for water because I travel for work a lot and I don't want to buy a bottle of water for $4.00. Lately tho, the individuals have seemed visibly annoyed of me asking for water busy or not. I've done some research and as of now Starbucks is not charging for water and there have not been reports. This Starbucks is in a very convenient location so I keep coming back here. So it's a safe to say I've been to this Starbucks more than a few occasions. The service is hit or miss. It depends on who you get I guess. For the most part it's ok. This one is just a drive thru but the other side of the drive thru you can park and walk-up to the window and order. You can get everything here on a Starbucks menu: coffee and food items, but I am not sure about stuff like cups and tumblers. I'd never think to ask. I came to get a breakfast item and a coffee. I received a free $5.00 Starbucks coffee from one of the businesses I Checked into. Disappointed that I couldn't redeem it because the girl said she didn't know how to. It had a 4 hour window. So, of course I lost out on it. Oh well. You would think they knew how to handle stuff like that. They need to do better. read more

First off...girl at the drive thru window needs to slow down and stop rushing people when ordering. She kept cutting me off and speaking over me. Everytime I place an order through the app my order is not ready after waiting in the long drive thru line and I have to go around the building and park and wait for my order and get out of my car to get it. I can't understand why they can have the orders ready for the drive up customers who just placed their orders 100 feet before the window and not have mine ready when I placed it much earlier. Ordered my drink, and when I received the drink it was wrong, I asked for it to be corrected, they legit pour in the hot espresso into my iced drink which made the ICED drink warm, and proceeded to charge me on a mistake THEY made, and also forgot to add another customization, and rushed me out of there. I love the location, a straight shot off of the 160. It's a small location with a walk up window and a drive thru and right next door is a McDonalds. They are always friendly and fast. The staff is so rude we made an mobile order and went to go pick it up and they had shut down the walk up window and you were forced to sit and wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. The service here was so terrible, honestly traumatizing to say the least. The staff were so rude it was disgusting. I waited in line outside because the drive through seemed long. There was one person ahead and no one behind me. After I waited awhile to wait my turn and some girl jumped ahead of me. It was a staff member who just got off and forgot something inside. She told the girl at the register to get her food container in the back. So I had to wait even longer because the cashier went to get her food container for her and it took a while to get it. PROS - Location - Drive Thru CONS - Location - Service I love the convenience of this location in the sense that it's right by the freeway before/after the bridge, not to mention that it's also a drive-thru. But in that same token, it is cramped between the freeway, a hotel and McDonald's.. with an easy to miss entrance. And minimal parking. But it is a walk up window for ordering. Not sure if they carry all the edible foods the other locations carry, but so far they've been able to make all the drinks me and fellow starbucks lovers in my car have requested. Service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are super pleasant, other times you feel like you're being a hassle. Three stars. This is a decent Starbucks with friendly staff, and convenient to the two freeways, but they're missing a lot from the menu and are very frequently "out" of items. I was beyond happy when this Starbucks location opened so close to my house. It's right next to the freeway so I can quickly stop by to grab something to keep me awake while I'm on the road. The staff here is always very friendly and sweet. They're super open to customization and have never made me feel uncomfortable when I order weird off-the-menu drinks as I am prone to do at times. Also, their drinks always come out perfectly. I'm very picky when it comes to my coffee, but I never leave this place disappointed. Their java chip frappes are always the perfect consistency and have exactly the right amount of java chips. And their iced caramel macchiatos always have that extra drizzle of caramel at the bottom of the cup which makes more of a difference than you may realize. I do wish they had indoor seating, because I would definitely come here to get work done, but I can't complain. I've been a happy camper since this Starbucks opened up and usually end up here at least twice a week. Convenient location, excellent customer service, and consistently amazing drinks. read more

There were 4 people working no costumers at all. I ordered on mobile order at 4:33 PM arrived at the location 4:46PM they just started making it. Got my order 4:49. In the morning I totally understand coz of a lot of customers waiting. However, this time nobody's waiting. I even pick up my order in the drive thru coz nobody was there but me. I ordered a tall blonde roast and was asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I replied "No." What I received was coffee with so much cream and sugar that I immediately developed type II diabetes, my vision blurred, and I was hit with extreme fatigue and quickly fainted. Being as this is a drive-thru Starbucks I was indeed driving when I fainted, which was problematic because I was traveling 73 miles per hour. When I fell asleep my Chrysler LeBarron careened off the road and crashed into a preschool. Now, it was early, so thank goodness they were closed, but c'mon Starbucks. Get it together. read more
