There is definitely good quality coffee, tea, and baked goods here like you would expect from any other Starbucks. My drinks have always been made correctly. My experiences with the baristas and other staff have been very pleasant. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy if you decide to hang out at the shop for a few minutes or hours. There is also a good amount of space outside to lounge around with your drink and good company. Knowing this is a busy Starbucks, I've not expected much after several visits here. This morning, no fewer than 6 baristas were behind the counter, with only one new-hire (!) taking and confusing orders. The line to place orders was LONG. As I stood waiting for new-guy, who had stepped away from the register to fumble with cups, a 2nd female barista zoomed to the other register and promptly gestured to 2 males waiting behind me to come forward, without even checking to see if I needed to place an order, because, of course, the time of male customers is so much more valuable than this woman's. New-guy couldn't handle a problem with my order and then helper-barista prolonged the ordeal. When we told him we had been waiting in line before 5pm and didn't get up to the register until a few minutes past 5pm, his response was, "Well, I can't help that." Totally unacceptable!! read more

This Starbucks is located at the Bradlick Shopping Center near by McDonald, Giant, Gold Gym, Dollar Store, 7-11 etc. This Starbucks is a bit smaller than other place but their service is superior. The parking sometime can be a bit hard especially during busy hours. I love the bartista here, especially Gloria. There is another gentleman there, but I didn't catch his name. I see Gloria more often there. Even during busy time, she is fast and good at what she is doing, and yet still try to take time to fix any drink any customer need but not holding up the line. They are always friendly and smiling even when it's crazy in there. They make you feel welcome. This is based on the weekend and busy hours. For the cashier, on the other hands, its depend....and I won't touch that subject. :-D I come here about 3 times a weeks, mainly after the gym (which I feel extremely horrible but heheheh oopsie :-D ) If I love this place so much, why only 4 stars? it's because of the parking (which is not their fault), but also the cashier (hit and miss). But I will ignore that part and enjoy my coffee :-D I have been coming to this location and will continue as long as i'm still in the area. read more

There's a lot to say about this Starbucks that I think make a big impact on why 'I'm a fan'. To start off, the location is pretty good. This Starbucks is set in the Bradlick shopping center, and provides a good relief to the other types of stores in the plaza. Furthermore, it is adjacent to a main road that has multiple accesses to the parking lot, so this location is accessible. One thing I really respect about this location is the cleanliness. The floors have no stains, the bathrooms have always been impeccable, and the staff can be seen cleaning their equipment when they're not busy. About a month ago, a lady accidentally dropped her drink on the floor near the counter. Within seconds, one of the baristas came out and cleaned it up while the other one remade her drink despite managing a rush period. That response time was impressive! I have seen other Starbucks where the staff wastes time, and then ends up with long lines and questionably unclean equipment. This location's staff maintains friendly rapport with each other and the clients while working efficiently. This is important, especially to anyone in a hurry to grab their morning Joe and a bite to eat on their way to work. For people looking to stay a bit and study, work, or chill with friends, there are some things to note. This location is popular, so it can get crowded pretty easily. Sometimes, seating is difficult to find. If you bring a laptop for work or school, there aren't many outlets, so be prepared by charging your device beforehand. Also, if you have trouble with loud noises and concentration, you may need to bring a good set of headphones. Sometimes the staff turn the music up, but have always been happy to lower it a bit when asked. Aside from the music, people during rush our make it a rowdy place sometimes. As for the decoration and aesthetics, this location is nice. The wrap-around windows make for a lot of natural lighting. I don't get headaches at this location like I have at some other, darker cafes. The bar where you can sit has nice side paneling and decent, rich-colored wooden top. The ceiling and lighting have some good design elements as well. Lastly, the food and drink are what you'd expect for a Starbucks. Everything is wrapped according to corporate practices, and the coffee is made just like at other Starbucks. I will say though that this location has staff that are really good at providing recommendations and listing out substitutions for people on different diets (e.g. keto, vegan, gluten free, etc...). Overall, I definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks if you want coffee, even if it's a few minutes out of the way. The atmosphere at this location, the staff, and their excellent service make them a wonderful choice to grab a drink and kick-start your day. read more

This location has increased the tables and seatings. It gets so packed in the morning and the traffic of this strip mall and the road in the vicinity is ridiculously bad (bad layout and intersection). Just to grab a coffee, it's a convenient location but it does not make you feel stay comfortable for a longer time. read more

Found this place while waiting for my optometrist's office to open. The cashier girl was very friendly and cheery for 7 in the morning, something I appreciate and find pretty rare these days. The Starbucks at Bradlick Shopping Center is a small location with minimal places to sit inside. However, outside is a different story as there's plenty of seating available. During my visit I noticed one of the barista's accidentally letting a pastry fall against the inside window display. She immediately acknowledged her brief mishap with a casual laugh and smile. Upon ordering she jovially inquired if I would like the crushed pastry with a smile. I passed it up but harmoniously orded a caramel macchiato. Long wait time, unfriendly staff. Seems that way from the moment you get to order to the moment you pick up your drink. They mixed up my order with someone else's on 3 occasions. Which is easy to do when moving a large amount of volume, but, that's why Starbucks uses customer names. By using customer names, it's harder to get drinks mixed up. Initially, I was not sold on this location but it's my neighborhood store and I like Starbucks. But this place has grown on me. The baristas are friendly and tend to stick around for awhile. They are also consistent on drink quality. And now the store has undergone a recent remodel that makes the seating more inviting. First review, but I've visited this location several times prior. Cozy environment and convenient location. Baristas are pleasant, drinks are good, the Starbucks usual. My only outstanding concern is that people smoke in the outdoor seating area. Starbucks ban smoking both inside and within 25 feet, yet the smokers prevent me from sitting outside to enjoy the nice weather. I've noticed this time and again. I'm not sure how Starbucks can enforce the rule outside the store, but I can say that it hasn't been a problem at other locations, especially in Arlington and DC. 7/10 overall. read more

Horrible service. While I usually order tall drinks, I decided to go with a venti since I had a free drink to redeem with my gold card. I ordered a green tea frappuccino and made sure to ask that it be made into a frappuccino. I wanted to make sure it was a frappuccino because I always see people with those green frappuccinos and they look some yummy. So the guy taking my order kept saying yeah, that's basically iced, same thing. Okay... I'll trust the guy. Told him I had a free drink, he slides my card, and that was that. A horrible green tea latte OVER ICE came out. The powder was not dissolved at all. it was disgusting. I had to add milk when I got home. Fast forward to 1/11, when I logged into Starbucks to check my account balance before heading there during my lunch break. It was lower than it should be and said I still had a reward. Huh? Turns out the guy charged me for the VENTI drink! So super pissed because I almost lost my free drink (it was supposed to expire today, 1/11), I was charged out of pocket for a venti drink that I only ordered because it should have been free, and the guy treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I wanted a frappuccino and instead he gives me an iced drink. read more

Staff is either very friendly or openly hostile. Good coffee drinks. Men's bathroom is often disgusting. I spent a few month being there nearly every day. After complaints to the management, change was temporary. When I walk in, based on who was working, I could tell if the men's room would have supplies and be clean. Despite the stereotype, the male employees were better at staying on top of this. Unfortunately, most of them have moved on to other jobs. I want to like this store but consistently gross bathrooms at a food prep place is not good. If this changes, I'd consider coming back. I don't need immaculate hotel bathrooms, but clean enough to use is kind of a requirement for a food joint. read more

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I usually go at least twice a week. Cons first: #1. The location is a bit tricky to get in and out of because it's right at the entrance to the shopping center and a major intersection. #2. There are several men who stand outside at all hours of the day smoking heavily, completely disregarding the no smoking within 25 ft signs on the doors and tables. #3. The staff have a hard time managing the heavy weekend traffic, especially on Sundays when the church across the street lets out. It's not uncommon to see a long line almost out the door. But I save the best for last. There are two baristas there that really make it worth going there. They are Eric and Danny. They are super friendly, always make my drink great and are super efficient. read more

The female manager who usually takes orders at the register has been so rude for years. I gave them a second chance after a few years and yet again she was so rude. Her communication is awful with her paying customers. She snaps at you and has an odd frown like expression. The last time when I ordered and asked for extra drizzle explaining how I would like it she snapped "you DONT need to say that...we already do that" but you see I do need to because every time I order without explaining your staff gets it wrong and sure enough it WAS! She should let her friendlier younger staff take orders while she grumpily makes drinks; that store is going to lose business. Clearly she's miserable and she lets everyone know. :( read more
