This was the Starbucks located in the TYS Airport food court. I had just gotten off of a pretty long flight, so I needed some caffeine to help keep me alert and awake for the drive out to Pigeon Forge. Sure the price was on the high side for a tall flat white at $5.90, but it was quite convenient. I was able to place my order on the mobile app and get my drink with very minimal wait time. Convenient location in the secure zone at Knoxville airport for drinks while waiting for your flight. They allow mobile ordering here through the Starbucks app, however, the line wasn't very long when I stopped by so I didn't bother. Use your Starbucks app/card when paying to collect Stars towards free rewards though! And if you are an airport/airline employee, don't forget to show your ID for a 10% discount! read more

Very weak drinks at airport prices. My matcha latte is half foam. No taste. Lots of ice. The green color is so pale. The iced caramel protein latte we got is dark brown so not much protein or latte to it. Again lots of ice. Staff very aloof though we were the only people there but that's ok cause they probably stay busy. read more

Had a sit at the airport so wanted to treat myself and get a drink since I had so many points. Went over to the Starbucks and the line was SO FREAKIN LONG!! Not a problem tho cause since I was using points, I sent in a mobile order. I asked the workers to make sure I was sending it to the right place then sent in my order. I got a grande iced cherry chai cause I really wanted to try it. The line was SUPER long as I stated and I thought I would be waiting a while but I got my drink in LITERALLY five minutes. Not bad AT ALL. The drink was honestly DELICIOUS and now I want it all the time. Tho I think I would order extra cold foam and crunchy topping cause it was so good. Who would have thought that the airport coffee shop would be one of the best in town? Friendly, prompt service, well-stocked, and most importantly, our order is always correct. I absolutely love that you can still order ahead via app and bypass the line, even though it's not a "normal" location. I was able to skip in front of a long line of people because there is a separate worker working on app orders. I would say sorry to them, but it is probably better for everyone that I was heavily caffeinated while herding my three young kids solo for our flight. ;-) read more

Quaint. Digging the round seating area. King Arthur vibe! Basically the one shining star if you need to spend time in TYS. Past security and to your right. Quiznos and pizza adjacent. Gates, Ruby Tuesday, news stand, and Starbucks. Airport has free wifi but it doubles as the free Starbucks wifi. Smaller menu minus the sandwiches, but they can heat up croissants. Think danishes and muffins basically. Baristas are always friendly and my drinks are made fast. Few tall chairs and tables to sit on. The round couch area I mentioned previously. Otherwise grab your latte and have a seat at your gate. If you want a full Starbucks experience a stand alone store is located about a half mile from the airport. For your layover or quick flight this location is awesome. read more

Needed my coffee fix in the am, especially to gear up for my long flight. 4 stars because I wanted to use my starbucks app on my phone and even though they do not have a scanner, they were able to take my information and have me pay for my coffee through my app. Very nice of her, even when I offered to pay by a different method of payment. We arrived at the airport at 4:30. We were in line at Starbucks at 4:45. There were employees already getting things ready to open at 5:00. They opened a couple minutes before 5:00 and were very efficient and professional. We quickly received our drinks and food. One of the best services we've had at a Starbucks location. read more

It's a Starbucks. It's at an airport (Knoxville, TN). I was able to get a trenta unsweetened iced green tea reasonably quickly after my flight, and juice up my phone in the process (MANY outlets - very important). This is not an ideal place to camp out, but hey, you're at an airport - go sit by your gate. read more

I went here right a couple weeks ago and they over charged my card. A few weeks after I visited this location I got a charge for $9.21 on my credit card. I thought that was weird considering I was not even in the state anymore when it said my card was charged there. I called to ask and they said their system was behind a couple weeks and now it had just charged me. But I asked what was in the charge and they said a bottle of water, correct, a breakfast sandwich, also correct, and a coconut milk latte, not correct. I do not even drink coffee. I hate coffee. I told them that the latte was not mine and that's why I was confused as to why the price was so high. The lady in the phone said that this was what was charged and on the receipt. The lady helping me on the phone said she would call back the next day and check and she did not! They continued to charge me for a $4 latte that I did not even order or consume. I am pretty sure the lady the in front of me did not pay and the cashier just added on my order to hers and made me pay for her latte. read more

As always Starbucks is my choice for coffee and good teas. Friendly service and perfect drinks can always be found. A warm relaxing atmosphere. The team here goes out of its way and give 110% every time I visit. Says a lot about the management and work ethics at Starbucks. And this Starbucks is awesome in its community service. Provides coffee, all accompaniments and personnel to assist our Alcoa Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast. Love this place! Sure the service is what you expect from any other Starbucks; If you go once, which in itself is a good thing. It sucks when a location that's new to you ruins your opinion of the entire franchise itself. But this place, is special because of the people. The customers are friendly, you can always find someone to have a conversation with and the staff is super attentive! They recognized I was a regular after the 3rd visit and learned my name, then taught all their new employees to recognize who I was when I came in & what my 'usual' was. This is awesome in my book and definitely my favorite location. Not to mention the staff understands the meaning of teamwork & you can see how they help each other out when things get tight.
