I'm giving them 4 stars for 2 reasons #1 they don't give pup cups...unacceptable in my opinion. #2 the staff isn't very knowledgeable about the coffee. If I ask a question it's usually met with a vague response. However, the double drive thru design is smart and efficient. I've never had to wait long. Overall, I do like the coffee and I go back frequently now that I've sifted my way thru the menu to find what I like. Also, LOVE that they offer the punch card! read more

Cute little drive through coffee place. Great alternative to Starbucks and much cheaper. It has a drive through on each side and you order and pay at one window. Lots of coffee, tea, specialty drink options, pastries, and even a kids menu! They have an outdoor seating area but I didn't see a way to walk up and order. I'm so glad to have stopped by this locally owned coffee shop!! It was mid afternoon and we were passing through Alcoa when I spotted this place on the other side of the road as soon as my mom mentioned she needed coffee. The small shop consists of a walk up window and drive-thru (similar to how Sonic operates). I didn't have high expectations since I didn't see any cars and their business name was unheard of but I was actually impressed by their coffee. My mom ordered a hot cappuccino, I got the iced Southern Belle, and my sister got a soft serve. My mom was very satisfied with her cappuccino (we customized her drink a little when ordering and they actually listened and delivered). Neither of us like anything very sugary so coffee is usually a hit or miss with us - it's either made with no sugar or way too much. This wasn't the case with QuickFix and I think they deserve recognition for this. My drink was nothing extraordinary but I really enjoyed it, the sugar level was just right and the splash of espresso was very inviting without being overpowering. I can see why it's one of their signatures... it's like a classic that you can never go wrong with. There were only two young girls working there (I remembered one had darker blonde or light brown hair and the other is lighter blonde) and the one who took our order (darker blonde) also made my Southern Belle drink. She was so sweet that she makes me wanna come back. She told us the store's 5 year anniversary was coming up so they will be having deals that weekend which I had looked forward to, but our vacation was pretty short and I didn't get a chance to go back. However if I revisit Tennessee in the future, you'll definitely find me here. read more

This place is super cute! A little drive thru coffee bar in Maryville. It stays open pretty late too, compared to other local coffee shops. The employees working there are super friendly and always smiling! I had the Southern Kicker coffee. It is espresso with Irish cream and milk. I switched out the milk for coconut milk and it was great! It was hot and delicious and they made it quick for my quick fix. On another visit I got the dirty, chai tea latte. That was amazing! You gotta try it! Give local a try! It's better than the place down the street and you support local business. read more

After reading a couple of ridiculous reviews on here, I'm sorry but I had to add my own. I've been a fan of Quickfix since back when Gary brought his coffee truck out to Clayton Homes, every Monday and Friday morning. I teased Gary forever about opening up a coffee shop in Maryville and when I found out that they bought a property near my home and they were literally almost going to be my neighbor, I was ecstatic. I've NEVER in all the years I've gotten Quickfix coffee had a bad cup of anything there and they have great Bagels as well. My go-to is the Chai Tea iced Latte with cinnamon powder. It's literally the best chai tea I've had ever and I've been to A LOT of coffee shops all over the south. My 19-year-old daughter said that she won't have hot chocolate anywhere else because nothing compares to Quickfix. To add to that, I always get my bags of coffee there as well. The staff is always smiling, always friendly. My choice... I always like to support local small businesses and I can't think of a better one to support than this one. The owners are absolutely some of the sweetest most gracious people I've met. If you are looking for a great cup of Chai, a great cup of coffee, a great cup of hot chocolate, or a delicious bagel, then Quickfix is your place. They have pretty epic merch as well. The tan hoodie is my favorite. It's super soft on the inside and warm on a very cold day. They as well have a punch card, after 10 cups, you get a free one. Being from the PNW where coffee shacks live in nearly every parking lot, I was over the moon when I saw Quick Fix Coffee. I mean seriously...morning coffee without having to get out of the car? Yes, please. This little spot has a nice set up. It's new and clean and seems to still have the new coffee stand smell. Their menu is full of options for those that like sweet and flavored drinks, with lots of different flavor combos. As I pulled up the service was really quick and friendly, but I was quick to notice that none of the employees (I think I counted four) were wearing masks. (And I do understand that Maryville currently is not under a mask mandate, for me personally it was disheartening.) This is really where things take a dip for me. Though I am more of a cappuccino person, my husband's coffee shop barometer is a mocha. We ordered a mocha with an extra shot to share. What I saw next was a horror that my once a barista, always a barista eyes cannot unsee. They pulled out a gallon of chocolate milk and began to steam away. I was hopeful that maybe they had cracked the system and figured out how to make that delicious. Spoiler alert: they haven't. Our mocha was produced in less than a minute. From an efficiency standpoint this is great. From a quality standpoint not so much. It was super hot, but the espresso tasted burned and there was no real chocolate flavor. On a scale, I would put our finished mocha just above a gas station push-button coffee. TL;DR - This spot is great if you really need a quick fix, but if you're a fan of craft coffee you're better off driving past this convenience. read more

Workers are so wonderful, the coffee is fantastic, the service is quick, and the prices are amazing!! My medium caramel fix sub sugar free caramel for the regular caramel was only $4.90. At other places (the green siren in particular) , the price would've likely been at least 6, if not 7, dollars! I love love love the Italian sodas and bagels as well. Bitter tasting, bitter aftertaste, no irish cream taste at all. We just got 2 coffees, didn't try any food, but it was nice to see those options. Staff was friendly, service was fast, but we were really disappointed in the taste. Had Southern and Gary's and there wasn't much difference in the bitter taste. After reading one of the reviews I had to laugh and add my own. The review wasn't even for the coffee itself or any of the other products they offer, so if you're wondering... This place is great! Better than dunkin, the coffee actually tastes like coffee and not sugar. Bagels are good too and they have a decent selection without over crowding the menu. After we ordered, we noticed that Yelp has only one review recommended for this place, one star, and four reviews, five stars, (on the not recommended section) Can you trust on yelp's business reviews first impression? That's the big question. The only review Yelp recommended is someone talking about employee not wearing a mask. Really? Their staff is really friendly, service is great, food is good. However their coffee was not anything special and rather bitter/burnt tasting. The first time I went I thought I may have went on a off day and maybe just got a bad batch. However, I have returned three other times and still got that bitter burnt flavor. For prices in comparison of Starbucks I expect a good tasting cup of coffee even at a jetblack/plain.. Also add in flavors they offer do not add much flavor either which was disappointing. Maybe change up the coffee beans or offer a variety of coffee brews? If they do make changes, I'll return to try them out. read more
