I was coming to this location consistently for quite a few years until I had to cut down on my coffee spending. On the occasion I do decide to get a treat I have been switching between a variety of drinks, depending on the day. But it's only between 3 different drinks. However at this location it wasn't consistently yummy and enjoyable. I did on a few occasions say something to them and they would remake the drink, because that's what Starbucks does, but it was still tasting weird/different/not yummy. But if I order that drink exactly the same from another location, why does it taste better? Even when I would mention this to them, that it wasn't the same as location A and B, they would argue with me that it wasn't true. So maybe I'm the crazy one? Again, I just stopped going to this location for a long period of time. However, every once in a while I'll give this location another try, such as today, my husband decided to stop there for a drink. I asked him to bring me a regular blonde drip coffee, as I have been having this option at other locations and it's been delicious. But yet again this location ruined a drink that has been great at other locations. It's was so strong and horribly bitter. So what I know is, when I'm in my community and my family and I decide to stop for a treat, I'll be giving my money to the Sobeys Starbucks or to Tim Hortons. Hopefully someone higher up reads this and maybe actually checks out this location for some possible inconsistencies that could be causing a not great outcome with their product.

They had samples, I did want to try until a witness a snotty nosed boy take the tongs and grab the piece of bread which was okay. Then stuck the tongs in his mouth with the bread!! I wanted to barf his mom just took the tongs from his mouth and placed it back in the sample case!!! WOW is all I have to say. -parking is limited so don't expect to park close. *Caution on the sanitation of the sample utensils!

It might APPEAR that I'm just *dialing in* another review on such a "hard place (NOT)" to kick another one ottta da can. But actually, THIS is the FIRST Starbucks I've ever visited OUTSIDE of the U.S. So that alone makes it a special occasion! THE SETUP After leaving the Calgary Airport (YYC) U.S. Customs area (where they verified my U.S. Passport), I went on this lonnnnnnnng trek through the International area of the terminal to find my United Airlines gate, San Francisco (SFO) bound (I think E90?). We live in Calgary, so it's not a long drive at all. Since being out here for almost 4 months, we have probably gotten Crumbl cookies about 8 times already! Like anything... some of their cookies are a hit while others are a miss. My top favorite cookies so far are the Oreo cookie, the Rice Krispie cookie, the lemonade cookie and the Oreo Marshmallow cookie! It's fun getting to try some of the new cookies, even some that I haven't seen in the states. This place has always been clean and the staff is always very welcoming. Keep up the good work you guys!

It's great that they even know my order and I never have to request it I don't even there all the time maybe every 2 weeks. I'm always blown away with the customer service from the staff. I have since had the opportunity to use this second cup to do some catering for multiple work functions and it was so handy they even delivered.
