Took almost 20 minutes to get a coffee in the drive through!!!! Can't believe it. Even if it is Easter, my goodness!

Pulled through the drive thru for a quick coffee stop, and was surprised at how quickly we were able to get our coffee. While we were waiting for our coffee, the lady at the window held a conversation and asked how our day was going. It was pretty nice having great customer service there! read more

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. I was in the drive through for ten minutes and it was taking forever so I backed out and parked and went inside to order my two drinks. The guy taking my order was super friendly and nice. I waited for my drinks and only got one and then people behind me started getting their drinks before mine! I got two Venti caramel macchiatos. I waited and waited for my second one and finally someone came over and was like "do you need something" and I said "yeah I have two of these but I only have one so far" and he goes oh okay. Started making the other drink and slides it all the way across the counter to me and says "here" and walked away. Terrible experience. Very disappointed. read more

Went here last night and received such great service through the drive through. Was greeted by a very nice young man at the drive through who was so energetic and friendly. He wished us a happy Thanksgiving and chatted for a quick second about his day and how he enjoyed Thanksgiving earlier in the day with his family and was having a great day. **Update** I keep going here because it's convenient. They are much more consistent and been good for the past few months, I'll preface this with the fact that I have high expectations because I used to work at Starbucks in college and I loved it. I took my job seriously because you just don't mess with a person's morning caffeine fix :-) I have come to this starbucks on multiple occasions and find that I'd rather go out of my way a few exits on the freeway just to not have to be continuously disappointed. Customer service is hit or miss early in the morning. My drink has been wrong pretty much the last three times which prompted me to write a review so that it can be addressed by management. I don't specifically ask for something in particular, just to be given something else. You may think its not important when a guest says soy or heavy whipping cream and I watch you pour whole milk in. Its important! I may have an allergy, be lactose, or watching calories. (Milk has sugar in it). I'm paying money that I worked hard to earn and if I'm going to spend $4 on it every morning, just get it right! read more

Friendliest Starbucks that I've ever been to! Driving in town in a road trip and stopped to use the bathroom and for coffee. Everyone was super friendly. It was busy but fast. As I waited for my drink I watched one of the baristas make and hand out the drinks greeting people as they walked in - she was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy working there and making drinks, so much so that even my husband said the same thing. It was so refreshing!! I never do this but I asked for the manager to let her know that she has some amazing staff - it really was a totally different experience than I've ever had at any other Starbucks - and the manager was just as pleasant and friendly. Of all the times I come, I always hope that their service(time prep wise) gets better but unforunately it doesn't. I give 3 stars because although they take an awful amount of time to give your order, some of the employees have the good customer service that Starbucks is known to have. Because it was the most convenient coffee location, I had to deal with giving myself extra extra time before work because I knew it would probably be 30 minutes before I can get my fix. Therefore, if you're not a patient person - try in store or mobile ordering ahead. read more

Adelanto has so few choices for dining, I was surprised to find such typically-good service and baristas here. They always put out the right item in quick fashion, even in the drive-thru. (I'd given you an extra star if the restrooms were always maintained.) read more

Great customer service but my vanilla chai tea tasted like milk only. They were busy and did not make it right. I'm pregnant and the last thing I wanted was cold milk or I would have went to the grocery store. I've noticed that when it gets busy the service is slower and the place gets trashed, but when you're there when its not so busy, everything is great. The parking lot is very small for being the only S.B. on hwy 395, because this little shopping mall is very busy all day long. Maybe S.B. can build a location nearby and hire a custodian to take out trash and keep the restrooms clean, and run after ice when they run out because that happened when we were there. read more

This place must be hard of hearing in the headset when taking orders because every single time I order coffee not the same one they always give me the wrong coffee and by the time I know that I got the wrong coffee is when I get home and I find it very frustrating that when I get all the way home I get this random coffee and mind you having to drive all the way home and to drive back is a lot of gas I'm putting out I think they should get the order right or get new headsets... read more

Only reason I give it 3 is because of the young gentleman that works there. Every encounter with him is beyond amazing and he makes our drinks perfect. Over 30 minutes to get a coffee?!? Just absolutely ridiculous wait times here, both to order as well as to get the actual drink. Things just don't come out very quickly over here. Many people looking busy, but not many drinks come out. And they even forgot one of the drinks after that whole wait. read more

Went threw the drive thru today and got in and out in a timely manner, I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino but when I received my drink it didnt look right to begin with and when I tasted it, it tasted like ice and milk, and not to mention i ordered a large and got more whipped cream that I did anything. Drink tasted gross overall. Never had this happen at any other starbucks up here and this was my first visit to this location and it was a good first experience. read more

Every coffee drink ordered from here is made wrong every time. They get one star simply for not messing up the teas. When I ordered salted cold foam they would usually make it regular (without salt) because they typed the order in incorrectly. Then when I ask them nicely to fix it they remake it with so much salt that it tastes like I'm drinking the ocean saltwater, then I end up having to pour it out because it tastes TERRIBLE. They did not apologize for making it incorrectly, instead the barista looked at me like I was in the wrong for mentioning it and gave me attitude. A waste of money. Also, any latte at this location is made with excessive syrups so it's overly sweet. It's like every barista there makes the drink their own way instead of how it's supposed to be made. ON TOP OF THIS, the service is super slow. Takes forever to get your drink, especially through the drive thru. If you're hoping to make a quick coffee stop here, there's no chance. You'll be late to wherever you're headed. There's no winning. This Starbucks is the worst in every way. I've never had this problem with any other Starbucks especially so frequently. So disappointed that I started driving to a further location from me who gets it right. read more

This starbucks is probably one of their best in customer service, also the baristas are artists when it comes to good tasting custom coffee drinks. Haven't encountered one that matches this one so far. Even in hawaii! Odd you would find this place in the desert. But hey the best places are in unexpected ones. Currently at the time my favorite baristas are cooper, Luis(Louie). So go ahead and give them a raise or promotion, they deserve it! Btw I don't believe in ordering fraps. I met here with a client yesterday to give him the keys to his first home. My sidekick (my one year old son) was with me, so as we were waiting I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frap. so he could get his first taste of Starbucks:) Usually when I get Fraps. there are always lumps of ice at the bottom because it was not blended properly, so I was worried I might not be able to let him try the drink until it melts. To my surprise there were no lumps! My son was able to enjoy his first Starbucks drink:) We will definitely be going back there again! read more
