Slowest service and they lost our drink order, so we were waiting around until my husband said something. And then the drink was wrong, of course. Go to a different Starbucks in town. read more

Went threw the drive thru today and got in and out in a timely manner, I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino but when I received my drink it didnt look right to begin with and when I tasted it, it tasted like ice and milk, and not to mention i ordered a large and got more whipped cream that I did anything. Drink tasted gross overall. Never had this happen at any other starbucks up here and this was my first visit to this location and it was a good first experience. read more

Every coffee drink ordered from here is made wrong every time. They get one star simply for not messing up the teas. When I ordered salted cold foam they would usually make it regular (without salt) because they typed the order in incorrectly. Then when I ask them nicely to fix it they remake it with so much salt that it tastes like I'm drinking the ocean saltwater, then I end up having to pour it out because it tastes TERRIBLE. They did not apologize for making it incorrectly, instead the barista looked at me like I was in the wrong for mentioning it and gave me attitude. A waste of money. Also, any latte at this location is made with excessive syrups so it's overly sweet. It's like every barista there makes the drink their own way instead of how it's supposed to be made. ON TOP OF THIS, the service is super slow. Takes forever to get your drink, especially through the drive thru. If you're hoping to make a quick coffee stop here, there's no chance. You'll be late to wherever you're headed. There's no winning. This Starbucks is the worst in every way. I've never had this problem with any other Starbucks especially so frequently. So disappointed that I started driving to a further location from me who gets it right. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes!! Then they forgot to give us back our change and my drink wasn't how I asked for it.

This Starbucks location has great customer service and a very friendly staff for the most part. I have been to Starbucks all over and this location is by far the slowest. Their lack of sense of urgency makes me not go here if I'm in a rush even though sometimes their location is more convenient. read more

Always awesome service and delicious drinks. We have been living up here for almost 9 months, yet this is the only location we like to go to for Starbucks. read more

Yesterday we went and waited OVER 30 mins in the drive through... I frequent this Starbucks and have NEVER had a problem with the service, the people are great and so sweet! But yesterday was RIDICULOUS!! And to top it off, I called WHILE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH a to see what was going on and the manager wasn't even apologetic... She just said that they're training new people and this is what happens!! SERIOUSLY?! So needless to say, without her apologizing, or offering me a free drink, or even taking one of our FIVE drinks off of our bill.... I will not be visiting this Starbucks anymore, and I visited this place EVERYDAY! They just lost myself AND my fiancé as customers! I give this place a big thumbs down!! Visit the Starbucks on Palmdale Rd. In the Target shopping Center . Because this place is a JOKE! read more

Employees are friendly, but the customer service is pretty terrible and it seems like they never have enough people working especially in the mornings during rush hour. If they can speed up their timing and work more efficiently, it would be a much better store. read more

I ordered a venti frap at 3:16pm and the app said it was a 10 to 15 minute wait, I got there and sat and waited for an entire hour and still didn't get my drink. The store was picking up when I got there I sat through a rush and the places was emptying out when the hour came around. I just got up and left. I ordered through the app so I don't know if I can get a refund. I get having to wait 30 minutes during a rush but a whole hour and nothing is rediculous. read more

Went in today not knowing what to get. Robert was able to recommend some drinks for me and definitely hooked it up! Keep it up guys!

Great coffee and great staff. Celeste is the bomb diggity bomb!!! Great customer service!

This location sucks. If they don't mess up on your order they are always out of stock on things from pastries to lids for the coffee cups. I have tried to give this place several chances but when I've paid with my card 3 different times now they forgot to give it back to me. I had to tell two girls twice that i needed my card back and one guy tried to tell me he had already gave me back my card, almost had me believing he did until i told him to check again and of course he had it. Sorry but don't trust workers like that. Wont ever return to this location. read more

The nastiest Starbucks I have EVER seen. Filthy behind the bar and the bathrooms and lobby area. Overflowing trash everywhere! They didn't have hot tea bags. Floors black. Dirty mops and bucket sitting in plain view. Disgusting. I decided not to pee. I will hold it to LA. Gross! Don't go here. read more

Okay, so yes this store can use some improvements, but let me shed some light your way, in the past 3 years this store as has 3 different managers, with a turn over of at least 50+ employees. They employees that have stuck around and that are new and willing to stay are by far the hardest workers this company has, and can easily go to other stores and run circles around their employees. This is a HIGH VOLUME "TRAVEL" store and this is the only store in adelanto and most of the time there are only 5 sometimes as little as 3 people working, and no they're not all working on drinks. Everyone has a specific roll. And sometimes when super high volume hits like holiday weekends the one person they do have to clean and stock the lobby and the bathrooms (one stall) that people just come in to use and don't buy anything, are usually trying g to help make drinks because there are over 50 to make. Each car and each person order at least 3to 5 drinks. And almost all of the time there is only 1 person making drinks for both drive thru and Cafe oh and mobile orders. When this store is under staff and they do try to call for help from other stores, most say no,due to the horror stories of how awful and belittling the customers are. This store is under new management and only the bad experiences tend to make it on yelp, this store has alot of good experiences too. Have a little patience and compassion for your Baristas, they work with what they've got. I mean starbucks has to keep their stock value somehow, and if that means less bodies on the floor then so be it. read more

20 - 30 minute wait!!... I've stopped in at this Starbucks twice and I was even hesitant the 2nd time.... but it was the only one close by.... first time it took 30 minutes in drive thru.. while waiting my husband had time to get out walk to the grocery store in that same shopping center buy some burger patties and as he walked out the store, I was just barely driving out of the drive thru. Seriously!... this second time we took our chances going inside.... but it was not any better. While waiting for about 20 minutes we watched how out of 7 workers. Only one was taking taking orders inside, one doing the drive thru, one was making drinks , another one looked like she was making a drink taking her time while chatting with staff.... the other 3 were just socializing while "cleaning".... all while they have packed house and a long drive thru line..... HORRIBLE! I will rather go out my way to another Starbucks. read more

We come to this Starbucks once a year on the way back from our family vacation. It is the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been to and nothing ever changes! Trash all over the floors and EVERYWHERE!! GROSS. And don't count on them to get the orders right either. read more

Today, I placed a mobile order for 2 trente drinks. When I arrived they hadnt started making them because they were out of trente lids. They then gave me two ventis and placed the balance in 2 talls but expected me to now carry 4 drinks without a drink holder. This location needs training and maybe a new manager. They were out of trente cups last week! And why wouldnt you put the balance in 1 tall instead of filling 2 talls only 1/3 full? read more

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a hot ham and Swiss, in return I got a hot drink and an ice cold sandwich. I gave an extra star because technically I got food and a drink. Horrible drive-thru service. More than 25 minutes with only 4 cars when I arrived. Keep hoping it will get better but gets worse daily. Management sucks!!!!! read more

I've came here numerous times and they take forever with orders and are always out of stuff.

Horrible service 9 out of 10 times. Worst drive-thru ever! You will be sitting in your car for at least 15 minutes. To top it off, you get horrible customer service and if your lucky your drink might taste right. Called to complain but shift supervisor is as unprofessional as the baristas. Ironic when the staff at Mc Donald's is providing better and faster service than these guys. Advice to Starbucks Store Manager retrain your staff and work on that customer service after all we are paying over $5 for coffee! From now on; I'm Better off driving to the one on Bear Valley, where the customer service is much better. read more

Such snobby workers at this place! I've never been to such a bad starbucks! It's sad cause it's so close to home

My wife and I stopped here and I felt like stepped into a different Starbucks universe ! The staff, though numerous were not too friendly and sllloooowww! The bathrooms were filthy and out of hand towels. If I were Starbucks management I would make some serious changes! Until it's cleaned up, don't stop here! read more

Drinks average, wait long, people nice BUT the store and bathrooms are a minus 10. The place is filthy. The bathrooms are disgusting. We have stopped during the day and late evening and cleanliness is definitely not a priority at any time. We do not buy any food as we fear food poisoning from the unsanitary conditions. Starbucks corporate should do a surprise visit. Health inspectors need to stop by. They would likely close the place down. We are so done with this location we will never ever stop here again and advise others to do the same. Today was the final straw. read more

This was the most horrific Starbucks experience I have ever had. We were traveling and decided to go through the drive thru for a quick caffeine jolt at 3:50 PM. We started noticing g the line was moving very slowly by we were locked in. Twenty minutes later my son needed to pee. He is three. I walked him into the store that was a mess, into the bathroom which was disgusting. I reached for a toilet liner there were none, reached for toilet paper- all out. Came back to the car. My husband had. It moved in an inch. 1 hour later we get to the window. I am. It exaggerating. The barista's excuse was it was their "boho sale" and they were a man down. When I told her her line is taking an hour for a cup of coffee she rolled her eyes and said nothing. Needless to say, we will never go here again. read more

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited in line 40 mins for a drink. I would have left if I wasn't stuck in the line. I thought it was just a bad day maybe not enough staff but it has happened several times I will no longer come to this location. read more

Hang onto your Starbucks cards, even if you think they are empty. This Starbucks has a thief on the premises. On November 13, Monday, I visited that store between 11:00 and noon and ordered coffee off of two prepaid coffee cards. I wasn't sure of the balance and asked the young man to tell me give me the balances after I bought the coffees. The guy says, you're in luck, those coffees used up the remaining balances on your card, would you like me to keep your cards? Silly thief, he should know that those cards can be refilled! I said no and took my cards back, thinking that I couldn't have used up the balances that fast. When I came home, by george, I confirmed that I had a nice hefty balance, and that guy tried to steal my cards from me. I wrote to Starbucks, told them of the incident but never received an answer. Hand on to your cards because "he's" out to steal them!! read more

This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to that was filthy. It was really dirty from the day's work but also long term filthy. The edges of the floors hadn't been cleaned in months, the windows were filthy and even the shelves that hold coffee cups and coffee for sale were disgusting. Weeks of spilled coffee rings. There were boxes and boxes of supplies stacked everywhere. They were using regular napkins in the bathroom for paper towels. Seems to me there isn't enough employees to keep up. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER ON TIME. There is always a wait( I waited more than 30 minutes drive thru) . I always make excuses for it but it's even more irritating when they give you the wrong change back and are rude about it. It's simple math the give $14 back when I paid with a $20 for my $6 order. It was very irritating the rudeness i received when I told them I didn't get the correct amount back. read more

this Starbucks is the dirtiest Starbucks. Trash was piled up at the front door. The lobby floors were disgusting. If you go there don't use the bathrooms they're filthy. The staff is friendly once they notice you've arrived. If you're passing through like we were keep driving do not stop here. Starbucks send out an inspector quick. read more

You will always find a line here. Either in the drive-thru or inside the store. They are usually slow at making the drinks. You'll have better luck going through the drive-thru. read more

This is a great and good pace Starbucks. Of course they take long to give you your order but that's typical when there's alot of customers coming through. What I find this Starbucks great and interesting, the employees know what their doing and making my drink and meals with a good pace. Like I had a croissant the other day and it wasn't burnt on the outer part of the bread and it tasted so delicious so warm and soft made it scrumptious I have ever eaten. Plus my vanilla bean you can taste more the flavor rather than the ice like most other Starbucks do read more

Don't go here. They have door locked and make everyone go through the drive thru instead. Even if you made your order online and paid already you still have to go through the drive thru. Dont expect much in the way if experience or customer service from this Waited more than 5 minutes for grande red eye. This is the slowest place in the entire world. I've gone with a huge line and waited 45 minutes and then with no line and waited 30. They're always out of stuff and are rude when I ask for equal at the window (seriously, I could ask you to put it in, but that's inconvenient for you so just ask for the packets, so I don't get why it's a huge problem). There's one girl there that's very friendly and she's the reason for the 2 stars. It's so close to my house, but it's faster to go down Palmdale by the 15. They're much better and I'm only gone for a total of 20 minutes. read more

I give up on this place. It is close to my job so I often stop by to get a morning coffee. I have the simplest order ever (grande dark roast with soy) and they NEVER get it right. I always have to correct them. Then no other Starbucks charges for soy in brewed coffee ($2.25 for the coffee and it would be an extra $.60) for a tablespoon of soy). But about once every couple weeks some body charges for soy and maintains they always do. Also if you go early you coffee often tastes like cleaning solution. read more
