My father in law got a regular coffee and noticed it was bottom of the pot burnt bitter. He asked the server if it was fresh and he said yes. As my father in law turned around to leave, he saw the server throw out that pot of coffee and put out a new one. Why couldn't they just give him he next fresh pot? I frequent this location ONLY because it's close to work. But, I hate this store. The drive through, like today, most times take 15-20 minutes to get through. And this is the 5th time I've ordered my coffee with a double shot, paid for it, the order is correct on the printed label, but I can taste (and see from it's color) that's it's a regular. Average wait time in drive through when it's busy is 20-30 minutes.. so there's that. Regarding that lady that is saying that if you're important or impatient, you shouldn't come here, truth is, if you not down for waiting in your car for 30 min for a cup of coffee you probably shouldn't come here. Filthiest Starbucks I have ever been to The bathroom paper supplies were all empty, so customers had resorted to having to open them themselves. All the garbage bins were overflowing. The tan tiled floors were so filthy throughout that they were black. Most of the sugar dispensers were empty. No straws. Wow. I've never seen a Starbucks ran like this. All my experiences here have been at the drive-thru. That's probably not the best representation... Especially since I don't like drive thru much. The first time the drink we wanted was out of stock, and the second time there was a huge wait. I think it's just a really busy location. I suggest coming here when you have time to spare. I'm a 'Bucks affectianado. I visit almost every day. On the way to L.A. from Las Vegas, we visited this location. There were 5 people behind the counter . Two had headsets on, the other three were talking and no one taking orders. When we inquired about being not waited on, we were told by one of the girls that she had to make the drink once she took the order. This I've never heard of. Usually one takes the orders and another makes the drinks - FIVE people, no orders. Then they thought it was funny when we threatened to leave, so we did. This is a terrible way to run a business. read more

This is by far a LOW quality Starbucks when it comes to customer service. I requested a SBDS sub soy, no classic, light ice. Being a prior partner, i understand and am very educated on the process of MAKING the drink correctly, which the barista failed to do. I asked for my drink to be remade due to the shots burning and "SKY", th barista at the window ROLLED HER EYES AND GAVE us a horrible experience. Once i received the Remake, it was FULL OF ICE. So i politely asked for a bit of soy to dilute it once i remove the ice, she REFUSED to give me any, stating that she has to charge me, EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY ASKED FOR LIGHT ICE. I asked to speak to the manager, and she was "on lunch." After a ack and forth debate she gave me about a tablespoon of soy in a cup. THE DRINK WAS FAR TOO STRONG AN BEGAN TO TASTE WATERED DOWN DUE TO THE MOUNT OF ICE. SKY as well as the barista making the drink, need to go through extensive training. Horrible service took 30 mins to get my drinks right after I had already ordered them off the online app and paid for them. Once I got there they told me they still were not ready then after another 15 mins they then told me the stickers never even printed so everyone that came after me was getting their orders except me. We usually stop at this drive-thru Starbucks on our way to or from Bishop. It is clean and has a good atmosphere. Everyone I have interacted with are nice. My only complaint is the time it takes from ordering your drink to getting it; they are slow. But when you are in the car for 6-7 hours it is nice to stand for a bit, so it doesn't bother me much. read more

I feel like I'm spending my time handing out 5 stars like they're going out of style. You're wondering what makes this starbucks better than any other starbucks. On the surface there's not much to be said. The drinks are typical and they get slammed and move through their lines with speed and great efficiency. But what I love about this place is how they treat their regulars. I may be the duke here but I am not the only regular. You come in and they greet you by name and actually have a conversation with you. These guys have been top notch. And lately, when it's been busy they have my drink ready for me when I go up to pay. You really can't beat that, especially in the morning when we're all running late to work. Derek, Kayla, Stephanie and Luis all need a medal. These guys do a great job in the morning, and as I shmooze with the other morning staff, I'll be sure to mention them by name as well. Thanks for doing such a great job guys. Keep it up. read more

I love this Starbucks. The drinks are always delicious and the staff is great. I live nearby and the internet wasn't working at my house, thanks to Charter, so I went to Starbucks and was able to work for a couple hours. It's pretty sweet... all you have to do to use their internet services is get a gift card, put five bucks on it, create a user account through ATT, the internet provider they use, and you can use their internet anytime you want without spending any of the money on the gift card. Just as long as you have five dollars on it, you're in. I was able to work in peace and no one bugged me. I noticed the staff was super friendly to everyone that came in and they were really quick with orders. read more

Coming here for nine years. It's never been quite right. Now a new manager thinks xxx is saving money or time for Starbucks, like a penny to use Americana shot in hot water rather than a pour over decaf coffee. They blocked the exit and entrance in the parking lot, you can't get in or out, a BIG headache. My biggest problem here was a theft of my laptop while I was outside facing the door 25 feet away smoking, no customers in the store a few years ago. I have always been very patient with the kids working and always say something nice, it is a busy store normally. They miss things like cleaning the ceiling over drinks being mixed, customers yelling "stop" or backing the line-up, so another car can take cuts. Some of these managers get too personal or nosey and I don't care for that, I think they believe the store is their living room, their friends may be drug dealers or thieves and do as they please, and I don't want that. I hate leaving bad feedback, but when you can't get a cup of coffee at a Starbucks, well that's ridiculous. Starbucks might think of better training, more thorough. Seems they also need breaks. When you finally get to the speaker to order you sit there for 10 minutes, with no one in front of you, before you are finally able to order. Very slow service, employees act like they don't care or they are literally just high; and the last time I was there they actually forgot about my drink. A few people who ordered after me actually got their drinks (frappucinos, etc) before I did and were out the door. Out of all the times I have been here I have never received exceptional service & I never cared to write a review because I understand they get busy, plus I was never treated nicely just not great. This is the slowest Starbucks location in history. They constantly get your order wrong and if they get your order right they make the drink bad.
