Employed them in November of 2015 to maintain our $10K+ generator. Paid them up front for this service. However, in mid December of 2016, our generator gave us an output message that the unit and battery needed service. I contacted Starbrite who advised that they would need to wait until after the holidays, i.e., January, 2017, to service the unit. So . . . even though you pay them to keep abreast of maintenance issues on your unit, you will still have to babysit them. I asked for a refund of my (paid in advance) maintenance fees on December 22, 2016. It is now January 3, 2017 and I have received no response. read more
