Prices here are slightly higher than that of the two aforementioned establishments, but the time saved in travel and parking, etc., is important to me. And...I hate those huge friggin' home improvement places, anyway. I've never been let down when it comes to things being out of stock. Heck, this is even my go to spot for propane refills! Their hours are quite limited, and have often left me running all the way to HD or Lowe's in Manchester for impromptu weekend warrior work...so definitely check their hours or call before showing up. Prices are also a tad high (maybe 5-10% on most things I have bought), but I easily save that in time and gas (when they're open). The parking lot is huge if that's a concern, so feel free to bring a landscape trailer if needed. The people working there are all generally nice, and have helped me load my vehicle with cold patch bags, etc. on more than one occassion.

The pricing was more than fair as I had them deliver more mulch to finish areas in my front yard. A short time later, an employee came out and told us our order had been voided because the owner wanted us to leave. When I calmly asked the owner why, he became extremely aggressive and started yelling that we were rude, that he was rich and didn't need customers, and that we needed to get off his property or he would have us for trespassing. He was also yelling at other customers, telling them to videotape if they wanted and to leave if they didn't like what they were seeing. The entire experience felt surreal because nothing had occurred to justify that reaction. It was an incredibly hostile and intimidating environment. Watching the way the owner treated his employees was equally disturbing. He was calling them lazy and useless. I will never support a business where customers and employees are treated this way, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before renting equipment here.
