I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. We also had a couple chips in the windshield of our Malibu that were repaired. I contacted this company via text (I should have just called) and it took a couple of days to officially get scheduled, after some back and forth messages. Once the tech arrived, he made quick work of replacing the windshield on the Ford. After 2 hours, we was finished with both vehicles and it only cost $1040. The tech was very professional,friendly and explained everything. Hopefully we won't need a windshield replacement/repair again but if we do, I know who to call!

I got there early and they were still able to get me in very quick. Being 2 inches from the edge and already having 2 inches of crack makes for a difficult repair. Allison the repair girl was amazing! She was able to do her magic and still get it to suction on to do the repair. She drilled it filled it and was able to fill most of the crack. It's barely noticeable. I highly recommend Puyallup Safelite Auto Glass. Wish I would have taken a before picture so I could post a before and after.

The next morning I could clearly hear wind coming through due to lack of proper sealing. They told me it was fine & passed all the tests, barely even took the time to look. My car is BRAND NEW, I should not be able to hear anything just like when I bought it. I took it to the Chevy Dealership & they confirmed for me that it is in fact not sealed properly & now I have to travel another 30+ minutes to have Safelite look at it AGAIN. Oh &cherry on top, they also scratched the paint on my car.
