Go to the Brentwood location and we'll transfer your info. Would have been nice if they updated the web site that said X-Rays available. Or stopped me before registering. They also did not transfer any registration or check-in information. On my second attempt, I had a bleed cut that I mentioned was work related. They said it was illegal to care for me unless I had prior authorization. I said no worries, I'll pay cash or credit because I can't wait for a prolonged claims process. The front desk person dug in and said it was illegal. I asked for the her to show me the specific law and she started getting huffy. I Googled and checked various AI assistants - there is no such requirement for urgent care but this location refused to provide care. Completely unacceptable.

The Office/administrative parts of the practice have areas to improve. -No pre/post procedure of patient instructions -No Do's/Dont's sheet -Nothing written about the cost -Fasting (who knew I needed to fast....well, not until the day before I accidentally learned of it) In addition to the large fee (which I knew up front and expected), subsequent office visits are not included in that fee which is not disclosed to you anywhere. I am used to going to a doctors office for a procedure and provided with patient instructions in writing on things I need to know but patients are not given anything like this. Some things are just casually mentioned like: no aspirin, Advil, or Aleve, only Tylenol (I only learned of this when I asked a follow up question about the pain medicine). Wearing of a brace-my first visit I was told to wear the brace for 6 weeks but on the day of my procedure I was told 2 weeks. The procedure area is swollen but I have not idea if that is expected or not. Some of these things might be discussed with you during your visit but that's a lot to remember and I think they should provide a patient information sheet based on the type and/or location of the procedure. Lastly, I called to ask a question as to why I received a bill for the office visit (see my comment above about this) and the woman answering my questions was very rude. She was defensive and I tried to tell her my questions weren't directed at her but rather an opportunity for the office to improve its communication she patients. She kept interrupting me and finally I had to tell her how rude she was being. I am honestly not sure if I will go back to my followup appointment or not.

It took them almost 5 months ( I checked in often) to review irrelevant records and then they denied me care ( I called them- they didn't even have the courtesy of reaching out). I decided to try Elite Sports Medicine on the recommendation of a family friend. I had a consult with Corrine, Dr Glattes' NP. She listened to my history and took X-rays and suggested an MRI scan. We discussed options, and I was clear that I didn't want mere pain management. I wanted to fix my problem as much as possible. The MRI showed 2 herniated discs, so she suggested fusion surgery. I wanted disc replacement surgery, so she ordered a CT scan to see if I was a candidate. Dr Glattes determined that fusion was better for me due to bone spurs and arthritis found on the scan. He scheduled fusion surgery for me in December 2025 when I had time off work during the holidays. The surgery went very well, and Dr Glattes and his staff helped me to feel prepared for it. I also have a bulging disc in my back, and Dr Glattes referred me to physical therapy to start with. Overall, I have had a very positive experience at Elite Sports Medicine. Dr Glattes and Corrine listened and explained the reasons for my symptoms. They are both compassionate and informative. They helped me find a solution to an injury that has given me pain for years. I am already feeling relief even though I am still healing. I highly recommend this location and Dr Glattes!

I absolutely LOVE that Dr. Treadway does soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments, because it often so needed. They also offer cupping, dry needling, and other services that l'm sure l'm completely unaware of. They accept insurance too, which often makes them much more affordable than most other chiropractors. I have Tourette Syndrome, which makes me a complex and easily injured patient, and unlike multiple other chiropractors, Dr. Treadway has never ONCE mentioned that I need to stop doing my tics or guilted me for doing them, which I SOOO appreciate because it would absolutely crush my spirit and make me feel so so discouraged. I actually thanked her for that at my most recent appointment and she said something like "Why would I make you feel bad or tell you to stop doing something that you have literally no control over?" She is truly so patient and incredible. Location-wise, they aren't the closest chiropractors to my house (I live south of Franklin and they are in North Franklin), but if necessary, l'd drive even farther to be adjusted by Dr. Treadway because of how much better I feel after her adjustments by her. Highly highly recommended! I also take my elementary aged child who can be a handful and Dr. Treadway is so patient with my child a gives my child such thorough adjustments. My child really likes going to see her. I should also mention that my husband gets adjusted by Dr. Davis and is very pleased with Dr. Davis' adjustments. The 7:00am appointments they offer are very convenient for him because he works close-by in Cool Springs and is able to get adjusted before work. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we would still go to Drs. Davis and Treadway if they didn't accept insurance because they are so exceptional. The fact that they do is just the icing on the cake.
