I've been a patient at Gracepointe for years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I rely on prescription-strength allergy medication (Zyrtec D) because over-the-counter options do not work for me. The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable. read more

As government has destroyed the quality of healthcare in this country, GracePointe is an oasis in a desert of dumbxxxxx. They are not poison pushers like the average allopath; however, they prescribe meds when needed. Jennifer specializes in bio-identical hormones for women (maybe men too), and I love her! She spends as much time as needed to learn about you and explain the solutions. I had severe cramping during menses (9-10 in severity) and blood tests along with symptom-eval pointed to Estrogen Dominance. In the end, a simple supplement totally fixed the problem. No more pain! Rob has seen it all medically. Former military medical and still serves in reserves, he is not afraid to tackle your health problem. He's not a psychiatrist; so, if you have mental issues then you need to go somewhere else. They helped me when I got Covid, and I was well in a week. (The hospital would have killed me to gain Cares Act-govt bonus money) Many plans are available that even include house calls. GracePointe offers good old-fashioned, proper healthcare like it used to be--before the fall. I don't know what I would do without them. read more

Short version: Dr. Rob Tomsett put me in danger, both physically and mentally. I almost died. I haven't been the same since. He ruined my life. Long version: I was out on a benzodiazepine for severe panic attacks. I had a 90 day prescription, and those 90 pills lasted me almost 3 years. I finally ran out, so I went back to the doctor. Instead of telling me over the phone that I would not be getting a refill, he waited until I was in the exam room, alone, and just kind of nonchalantly mentioned it. I asked why and he called me an addict (ah, yes. Those addicts that take 90 pills within the span of 3 years), then berated me in front of the student doctor. By this point I was so humiliated that I asked if my fiance could come in the room with me. He sighed and shouted vaguely towards the waiting room for my fiance who had no clue what was going on. He continued to berate me, talk badly about his son, and compare me to his son while my fiance was in the room with me. At one point he even said "put down the McDonald's and get off your ass." Afterwards, I ran sobbing to the car and he apologized to my husband and said "I guess that was a little harsh." Then continued to justify himself to my husband. I was okay for three days until I had a minor panic attack. It snowballed until I was laying in bed screaming for about 19 hours per day. I couldn't eat, drink, or sleep. I was hallucinating from dehydration and exhaustion. I had to go to the hospital several times and get IV fluids and high calorie drinks. I lost about 100 pounds in less than 6 months. I had my death planned out and had even decided on a date. I asked the doctor if he could give me a short term prescription to last me until the psychiatrist could take me. He refused and basically told me to suck it up. I finally got in to see a psychiatrist who immediately put me back on my medicine. He said that coming off of benzodiazepines without assistance from a doctor could cause seizures and death. It can also cause rebound anxiety that's worse than your original anxiety. Sure, go to him if you're okay having vitamins pushed at you for an earache, but please don't assume he cares about your well-being. Dr. Rob, if you're reading this, remember that mental health care is still healthcare. Mental illness is still an illness. Treat us the same as you would any other sick patient. A cheap doctor could have been the answer to my prayers, but instead you made my problem worse. read more

I've come twice in the past year (every 6 months for blood work for RX refills) and I've been pleasantly surprised each time. No one wants to come to the doctor, especially for blood draw. AND especially anxious people like me. I love the fish tank in the middle, it's calming and it's beautiful. There's never been a long wait (like not even 5 mins wait to get into a room and then see a nurse/doctor), whether I do a first morning appointment or take a lunch and go around 4pm (although school traffic). It's easy to get here, quick in-and-out appointments, I'm a huge fan. My blood usually gushes out and I bruise pretty easily, so my first visit blood on the floor, big ol bruise for dayyys after. This time, it was awesome. I'm not sure of the young nurse that took my blood but just a drip down my arm (sorry can't control that! I gush) and no bruising! WOOHOO! Refills were called in right away and it's a pretty seamless process. I'm a believer! This 2nd visit they were really slow, had a great convo with the nurse and doctor and I left super happy. As far as pricing, it seems affordable and relative. I don't have insurance and just pay cash prices out of pocket. I would highly recommend. read more

Rob Thomsett, is no healthcare professional! He is no doctor, which some people call him! My brother went to him for a general check-up, and showed him a knot on his knee, which he was concerned about. Thomsett told him not to worry about it. It turned out that it was cancer, leiomyosarcoma. I advise anyone not to go to Thomsett for anything, period! He needs to be out of business! read more

AVOID! I should have listened to the negative reviews but wanted to give this place a try because a friend suggested them. What a waste of time and money with GracePointe Healthcare! I booked an appt to establish care and needed an Rx refilled. I requested a specific provider online but was assigned to Teresa Triantafilu. Even though not the provider I requested I figured I'd at least meet her and establish a relationship with a medical practice. I specifically stated my appt was to establish care in my online appt request and the paperwork in office. When I was called to the back the staff member (not Teresa) informed me she's a PA in training. Okay fine. But she had a cough and obvious cold-like symptoms. She assured me it wasn't COVID but what was so unprofessional was she pulled down her mask including while she was a foot from my face taking my blood pressure, temperature, pulse ox, etc. She asked when I last had labs done which reminded me of what others had warned about - they PUSH lab work. (Incidentally, while I'm waiting for Teresa Trianafilu to come in I read the signs on the wall where it is posted that an initial visit is $99.) Teresa comes in and says she can't refill my Rx because she doesn't have my medical records. The Rx is for an antihistamine, not some highly controlled medication. I question her on that and she insists about 4 times that they need my medical records so they can comb through them and make sure it's an appropriate medication for me. Mind you I already take the medication, It's the only medication I take and I am completely healthy - just needed a new Rx as I relocated from out of state. Teresa then asks me about recent labs I've had done and then asks if there are any labs I want them to run. I have told them I have no underlying health issues, I was not sick and was simply trying to establish care. I quickly decided I would NOT be requesting previous medical records be delivered to this healthcare center especially after being prompted to do so by both ladies repeatedly. Now for the check-out. I was told I owed $135. I told the clerk the sign in the exam room states new visits are $99 and she apathetically replied that they'd changed their prices to $130 for new visits and the pulse ox costs an extra $5. WHAT?!? I never asked for my pulse ox to even be taken! I wasn't sick and had stated in writing and verbally that I was there to establish care. At this point I just wanted out of the place. My overall impression was they desperately wanted my medical records so they could comb through them and "suggest" that I needed certain labs or treatments - which I definitely don't. Thankfully I am very healthy! Labs were mentioned to me at least 4 times. I was at the clinic for a total of about 15 minutes and essentially paid $135 to get my blood pressure taken and quite possibly catch a cold. YAY!! i was in need of seeing a Dr. quickly to get a refill on an expired prescription. My husband recommended me here as he never goes to a Dr. and suddenly experienced some weird allergic reactions to food and went here as he is on a high deductible medical plan so basically self-insured....I was happy to be worked in immediately however they did not rush thrur the appointment just because they had a full schedule. What a wonderful experience I had at a doctor's office! I made an appointment at 11:30 for myself, was seen by 11:30! Made an appointment for my 3 year old son right after my appointment and he was seen by Dr. Rob, which he was so nice, on time, took so much time to inform me on different questions . While this provider has a good reputation for medical concerns, I would strongly advise those interested in cosmetic procedures to find a spa/clinic that specializes in injections. I received botox around the lip area from this provider *(have received from a more skilled provider in the past without complications) and now my mouth droops on one side. It looks like I had a stroke. I can expect this for the next 2-4 months until the botox wears off. Extremely upsetting and disfiguring. Stay away for your cosmetic concerns!! read more

I literally NEVER do reviews but I was so impressed by Robert and the rest of the staff at GracePointe today that I am compelled to share my experience. After trying to call dozens of locations in my city regarding travel vaccines, I came across the name Robert Tomsett on the Travel Clinics of America site from a Google search. I called in this morning, got my appointment scheduled in the afternoon, and drove 2 hours to get my vaccinations. However, it was worth every second and penny! Robert and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. I'm not from the area (hence the 2 hour drive) but they made me feel right at home. In fact, they were even more welcoming than my own primary care physician's office! I was assuming that Robert would just give me the shots and send me on my way but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and give me a treasure trove of helpful information (he even emailed me a guide he tailored specifically for me!). In addition, he gave me some great general tips on travel that I hadn't even thought about. On top of that, he has the attitude and personality of somebody who ACTUALLY wants to help you! On a side note, I am a bit afraid of needles (from previous bad experiences elsewhere) but Robert knew exactly what he was doing and made it virtually painless! Robert can talk the talk AND walk the walk--I highly recommend visiting him for ANY travel-related visits. Today is a Tuesday and on Friday I will be traveling with peace of mind!
