I made an appointment via the app and arrived at that time. Did not really seem like the appt did much for wait time or order of being seen, but lets pretend it did. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes to be seen beyond my original appointment time. The space where draw happens is a small room with three chairs. They bring in three patients at a time, confirm information, and then process what is needed whether blood draw, urine tests, etc...seems a bit weird and awkward sharing the space with a few folks to be honest. The lab tech was nice, very talkative...maybe a bit too much considering the situation and shared space. Never fault someone's friendliness, just added to the perceived awkwardness. The process was fairly simple from registration to arrival, process to departure. Good to know the location is here if needed again.

When I first went to see Dr. Reisman, I was really nervous about what he would say. Would he be…read moreable to identify and correct the medical problems I was having? After all, my family doctor (who I greatly respect) could not. I was too young for menopause but was still having hormone problems, low blood work, and a garden variety of other issues. None of these issues raised a red flag for my traditional doctor yet I was exhausted all of the time and I flat out didn't feel good. I wondered if they all might be related but I just wasn't sure. I did what anyone in my position might do. I turned to Dr. Google who told me that it must be cancer and I would eventually die. I finally had a light bulb turn on in my head - I should try a non-traditional doctor. Before heading to see Dr. Reisman, I went to someone who put me on 15 different supplements and told me to come back in six months, maybe. Apparently they were the same supplements she puts everyone on. The problem was, even with a medicine cabinet full of supplements I still didn't feel good. There had to be a better way - something tailored to my specific issues. I turned back to the internet for a list of providers. I wound up running across Dr. Reisman's website. He is a full medical doctor who specializes in helping people heal naturally. But because he is a full MD, he can also prescribe medicine. Ultimately I was able to take my blood work and test results from my family doctor and work out a specialized plan. Dr. Reisman was able to help restore my blood work, hormones and help me feel energetic again. I still see my family doctor. He's very unconcerned that I use both traditional and non-traditional medicine as this is very often the way he helps people treat cancer, and other major problems. Beyond friendly, I found his staff very wholehearted and authentic. This is just what I needed on my journey back to feeling good again. I really can't say enough great things about his practice and about him too. He's a very laid back, non-judgmental person who takes the entire body, and all of the symptoms into account when treating people. If you are suffering with non-descript symptoms, exhaustion or you have major health problems, I highly recommend refraining from self-diagnosis through the internet, and working with Dr. Reisman as a partner in your journey back to wellness and health instead. I was under the assumption the testing was included because no one explained there would be an extra fee, nor did they tell me what the fee would be. A few weeks later I received a bill for $1,493.00 for blood work, that my research showed would have been done by another lab for $349.00. I reached out to their office multiple times to discuss my shock and dismay at not being told of the cost or given the option to refuse the treatment. I sent emails as well. Throughout the process he never responded to me personally choosing to have his office manager buffer him. He also never acknowledged or accepted any responsibility for the financial hardship I was potentially facing. I ended up having to handle the cost on my own. The worst part of this is not the $1,493.00 fee for blood work. The worst part is that a man who I thought was of high consciousness and who promotes himself as someone to be trusted is actually someone who would carelessly and callously refuse to accept any responsibility for a breakdown in his system, would refuse to speak with me, or email me personally or to show any compassion for the situation he put me in. He may be highly competent but his actions demonstrated to me that he lacks empathy and is more about profits than people. Which is the same model that is destroying the medical care system which he proposes to be the alternative to. So beware.

I woke up late this morning and still had 30 minutes to drive to the airport, those not even…read moreaccounting the time to return the rental car. The wonderful associate at Advantage EZ rental informed me that there was a service she can call to help me with my luggage and drop me off across the terminal. When "Z" came, he greeted me with a warm welcome that was able to bring my anxiety down from the morning I just had. I was a little worried about how am i going to manage walking all the way to the terminal with 2 large luggage, a carry on, and a extra small one on top of that. Z went above and beyond! He not only took me to the drop off point, the then grabbed a cart loading it up with my luggage, walking me in to the ticket counter to make sure I was able to get a flight, then accompanied to the TSA line!!! He was so accommodating that i never had to carry one of them that whole time. The light conversation and excellent customer service...I couldn't thank him more. I DEFINITELY recommend using their services and asking for Z. There no set price for services, they do accept tips. Z recieved the highest tip I have ever given because he not only did he help with my belongings, but provided some positive energy when needed from the morning I had. Their billing department is a nightmare as I've also received threats of collection for a $20 check that they cashed but didn't mark as paid, and they called to remind to schedule my Well Woman Visit a month AFTER I had the Pap Test from hell.
