Okay, so let's get serious…read more This is a guy you should all do business with. He is honest and that's all I need to know. I contacted him about getting our carpets cleaned since we will be moving soon and I really really don't want to lose my deposit. The problem is we have kittens. Three of them. Thanks husband. Not. While another company might've taken advantage of my desperation, Garrett certainly didn't. He explained to me that cat pee can be removed but depending on how bad the problem is, it'll still show up when the management at my complex tests the carpet. I hate cats. I really do. They are so disgusting. We just got them and they have messed up my place in like a week. If the kids weren't so attached.... Anyway, do business with this man. He has a Solid track record. It is a family owned Christian company and the owner is degreed in an environmental health related field, so he is trained for this type of work. He is on time, polite, knowledgeable, quick to work you into the schedule and reasonably priced. He and his wife and other members of the team were all so kind and accommodating. I had to reschedule 3 different times, as I was waiting for construction to fix the cause of water damage before he treated the mold. They never had a bad attitude despite the rescheduling requests and once I was finally ready he found a way to work me in that very week. He is very detailed oriented and focuses on being educating the home owner and respecting property. He is passionate about helping people and making home environments healthy. They are on-time, and their work was remarkable there was no bad odor the house after they did the treatment and the felt soo clean and fresh afterward.
