I've been a patient at Gracepointe for years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. I rely on prescription-strength allergy medication (Zyrtec D) because over-the-counter options do not work for me. The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.

High pressure at checkout and no explanation why I would be charged $200 a month just to be seen for my therapy. Just took my card and said I signed a cancellation agreement. Which should have been a red flag as they charge you to get anything other than a receipt to submit to insurance. So for one year I was auto enrolled at $200 a month (there are 3 levels) no disclosure which level I was before I read the cancellation policy. Now that I refuse to be seen, they are charging me for 3 more months after already charging me $1200 for bloodwork and just one office visit. Diabolically poor practice to not explain to their patients what the expectation is for the fees and services. Such a lack of integrity to practice this way.

Dr. Kyrzynske's nurses are professional andcompassionate. I've never felt rushed as they gather information, review medications, or make notes for Dr. Kurzynske's review. But, it is Dr. Kurzynske who makes one feel like a real person with real value with real issues. He listens attentively, probes to ascertain issues, is not rebuffed by questions, and makes his patients feel like they've been heard and receiving the best medical attention and actions that a primary care physician could offer. He is knowledgeable and trusted to be current in that knowledge. He views patients as whole persons, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
