After doing research, I found out she charged me way more than what other audiologists charge in town for the exact same aids & service. I have never felt so taken advantage of before. Every little extra thing she does comes with overpriced additional fees. No breaks whatsoever. I feel like I have been had by a con artist. The service she has provided has been subpar. I have left msgs & received no response. I found out she locked my aids. Because of that only she can continue to program them as needed.
