He will fix you instead of just keeping you on drugs. I feel better now then I have in over 8 years. A few had recommended Cool springs Internal medicines so I checked out their website. After reading bios I felt like dr. Dorsey Thorley would be my best fit. I have been to the clinic three times now and could not be more impressed. Dr. Thorley does not take my concern lightly. She seems to really want to find answers and not miss anything. She is thorough and not rushed. She also explains things to me very well. I have also been to their walk in clinic (which is so great because your always able to see someone). The NP that attended to me there was wonderful as well. I can not think of one thing that was not great about this office :)

Arrived a few minutes late but was not an issue. Receptionists were very nice and informative. Got in to a patient's room within 5 minutes of checking in and completing two pages of paperwork. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and took down my symptoms and history. Dr Bloom came in about 20 minutes later. He was informative, pleasant, and thorough. Prescribed a decongestant and gave a recommendation on a OTC expectorant to take. Very happy overall with the experience.
