They don't. Osher requires all patients to file their own insurance for reimbursement; their policy is to provide you with billing paperwork on day of service which contains provider information and coding. But in my experience with two appointments, They don't. Their Patient Relation team directed me to the Vanderbilt portal to find the superbill and stated they can only print on paper due to HIPPA rules. Both of these statements were untrue. The office staff are courteous, but don't seem to possess the required knowledge to run a healthcare related office. Its very frustrating that a Vanderbilt affiliated office has a staff that seems so unorganized and untrained. If you have time to converse back and forth for days with this office staff using the Vanderbilt messaging portal to obtain required insurance forms, or if you are private pay this may be the place for you.

I found Dr. Zhao, visited her Brentwood clinic, and found a clean, friendly and medically knowledgeable environment that helped me feel so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao and her team. She is a Chinese medical doctor, and very knowledgeable of the human body. Her team is awesome, Rose is wonderful at massage (you get one after every treatment). The rooms are private, comfortable and they play peaceful music as you rest. The needles don't hurt, and I often fall asleep (8 months pregnant now). I'm not typically an alternative medicine seeker, but this place is legitimate and worth visiting.
