I had a terrible experience my first time here. But the second time couldn't have been smother, and I'm glad I gave them a second try. I was able to check in via text (didn't need to use the Kiosk), the appointment started right on time, the person who did the blood draw was excellent, and I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes. I will be going back to this location for more labs in the future. read more

This was to most convenient stop for lab work - came in, checked in on an ipad, and was brought back almost immediately. Staff working was very kind and skilled. Whole process took less than 10 minutes! This is a drop in service, not a typically doctors office setting - no one is working a desk. The waiting room is not all that cozy, so if you're early waiting in your car is likely more comfortable. read more

Had labs done yesterday on Mallory Lane, Franklin. I was greeted by Phlebotomist, Rebecca who was welcoming, professional & kind. She did an excellent job accessing my vein...thank you Rebecca! I definitely recommend Quest in Franklin read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Unaware what to do when provided a lab order. Just would recommend other options or alternatives.

First, the front desk windows are closed and the blinds are pulled down. You are greeted with a small iPad on a stand to check in and then you wait. My 80 year old mother (who is not very tech savvy) checked in and sat down. After 30 minutes she got the attention of someone who worked there when they came out to get someone else. They said that her check in did not go through and now she was considered "late" and would have to sit there and wait until they could squeeze her in, IF they could squeeze her in at all or she would have to reschedule. Seriously, I don't understand why there isn't someone checking in the patients or at least someone who checks the waiting room to make sure these things don't happen. When she said that she could not wait all afternoon, she was met with a shoulder shrug. Totally uncaring and not professional. This was to be the second blood draw she had there in three weeks. The first appointment was confirmed by text a couple of times yet when we got there they had not confirmed that they had the paperwork they needed from the referring doctor so she had to wait an hour while they did the work they should have done before the appointment and certainly before the two confirmation texts. This will absolutely be a last resort for lab services in the future. read more

Had the best experience. Had to get blood draw for work for insurance reasons. This tech there she was new in training. I told her I was a difficult to stick. I told her just do your thing she looked a few seconds and said I see it! And first try and a few seconds later she was done!!!! Love her for life!!! read more

You can't even get ahold of a representative if you try. I've called several times, different locations and whatever number you press on the automated recording it tells you to check out their website and hangs up. So frustrating. read more

I had to bring my 7 month old in for allergy testing this morning and the 2 women on site were AMAZING. They kept me at ease, supported me as a worried mother and did an excellent job on his blood draw. Our experience couldn't of been any better! read more

Visited this location with my daughter who has special needs and is a VERY HARD draw. I had two orders (one test per order). There was one other person in the waiting room and as a walk in, I secured a time to be seen 7 minutes after I arrived. POINT IS - they weren't busy. I was told that "because they are busy", they could only do one order per patient. She suggested I have one order drawn, go back to the waiting room, go back through the process to have the second order drawn. So TWO POKES on my already hard to draw child. I told her surely she can make exceptions given the circumstance but nope. NEVER AGAIN. I walked out and they lost all my business over what - drawing a second vial that would take all of 30 seconds?? Give me a drugged break. HORRIBLE!!! read more

I work in HR, and I have to send my new hire candidates to get drug screens prior to bringing them onboarded. So I am pretty familiar with many clinic locations in the area. Unfortunately, this one is the absolute worst. I get so many complaints from my new hires regarding this location, and I have finally drawn the line. I will send my candidates elsewhere, even if it is far from them, because I know if I send them here, I will end up having to resend the drug screen order somewhere else anyway after these guys kick them to the curb with their self-righteous attitudes, eye rolls, and sarcastic remarks. read more

Waited 2 hours and couldn't get a blood draw which should take two minutes. Staff was rude and unhelpful. read more

This location was good with an automated check in process. The phlebotomist was excellent and all work was done in a professional manner.

if you value your time do not come to this location. I had a 9am appointment. it's now 10am and I have not been seen yet. everyone in the waiting room is upset. Their list of patients who have registerEd at their kiosk shows the wait times up to 2 hours. the tech came out and said that she is the only one here and is working as fast as she can. the odd thing is that I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and had to wait 45 min. The same tech was here and said she was by herself. why are they scheduling for more patients than they can handle. I'll never come here again. read more

No one showed up to work when I went to this location today. Hoards of angry patients outside and I eventually had to end up leaving after waiting an hour. read more

Atrocious. Nurse waddles out to a long line of people: "my boss says I don't have to take any walk-ins today, so if you are a walk-in you can go home." Website says you do? "No, I don't have to." When will you? "I don't know. Not my problem. Sometimes I have to work until 5 if I take walk-ins and I want to leave at 4. Take it up with Quest." read more

What a joke of a location. They tell you to make an appointment, so you do. I walked in to a lobby full of people with a list of names on the screen. My appt was at 1:10 I arrived at 1. There was a woman in the lobby who informed us her appointment was at NOON and she had yet to be seen. You could hear a man in the back yelling because he had waited so long. Another woman stated last time she came she waited 2 hours. Just close this location and be done with it. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!!! read more

BEWARE!!!!!! The LITERAL WORST place to get your blood drawn. I have been 3 separate times and EVERY SINGLE time has been horrible and a clown show. The amount of hours I have wasted with this Quest is beyond. "Losing" doctors' faxes, deciding to shut down in the middle of business hours, sending people away because the employees want to "take off" the afternoon, cancelling pre-made appointments, just egregiously bad service . I will never return again. This place should be reported to BBB. read more

Don't even bother coming to this location. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment. I had a 8:45 appointment and didn't get seen for over 40 minutes. They're not efficient here, nor do they have any customer service skills. If you have time to wait all day then come here otherwise find another quest location. read more

After reading the reviews I was a little scared to go there however the area of town is nice and no one was in the waiting room. My appointment was at 11:10 very clean easy to sign in I highly recommend and I am very very picky. read more

I've been here twice for a biometric screening, once this past January and once a few days ago. Both times, I chose a 7:45 AM appointment so I could avoid waiting and interruption to my job. Both times, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The first time I went, there were two women working with one working the desk and the other performing all the lab work. This past time, they had a tablet to handle check-in. All you have to do is enter your appointment information (Appointment/order number, phone number or scan the order form's barcode) and a screen on the wall above will show the queue and estimated wait time. This past time, I was 10 minutes late and was afraid I would have to wait to be fit in, but she brought me back almost immediately and had me out the door within minutes. The employees were professional and friendly. read more

I walked in and within 15 minutes was checked, tested, blood drawn and on my way. Ms. Tammy was kind & professional. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

complete and user joke. tech couldn't find my test and made me leave and call corporate. what a joke and a colossal waste of my time.

Required a mask yet had none to give out. How can a medical facility have no masks?? Ended up leaving and rescheduling elsewhere. The funny thing was the other facility did not require a mask! I wore one of course, but witnessed someone without one and had no problem getting in and drawing their blood. read more

Sheryl was working alone this morning and let me say she was the kindest person I've ever dealt with in these establishments! Very prompt and was moving with the quickness. People like her make establishments. I am not one to write these reviews either. I just think she deserves recognition on this cold Friday. Most people working early aren't as friendly. Such a warm person. I hope she gets to see this! A smile goes a long way and people don't even know the impact they can have. Keep shining your light Sheryl read more

I AM STILL TRYING TO GET DEROGATORY MARKS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE OF THESE CLOWNS! They sent me to collections for 2 invoices I DO NOT OWE THEM. Oh, did I mention it's from over 2 YEARS AGO?! This is an issue between my healthcare provider (who I paid in full) and the Quest Diagnostic Lab. I shouldn't even be involved but I am because after telling me to my face in 2017 that everything was taken care of, they started harassing me by mail for payments and NOW they can't find the bill in question in order to clean up this mess with collections. I am reporting to the BBB for sure. The EXTREME lack of organization, professionalism, and client-care is SICKENING. I've been patiently dealing with this off and on for 2 years but now it's affecting other parts of my life. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER! read more

the reviews for this place had me nervous, but i believe they are way lower than they should be. although my appointment did start 20 minutes late, which simply cannot be helped sometimes; staff was friendly and i got my bloodwork done quick. it is definitely best to book an appointment instead of doing a walk in from what i saw. read more

My appointment was at 3:00, I arrived 10 min early, and was taken back promptly at 3:00. That never happens at any medical office I go to! The nurse performing my lab test made me feel extremely comfortable and it was probably the least painful experience I have had getting blood work done. Thanks again Jenny for getting me in and out so fast! read more

Called the office this morning to make an appointment. The automated system was kinda annoying but easy to use. I prefer people but I made an appointment for 11. I got there at 10:45. 2 people ahead of me but no receptionist. Apparently there was only one person working at the time. I signed in and waited. exactly at 11 the girl called me back. She was very nice and professional. She quickly collected my copay and started drawing my blood and I was out the door in ten minutes. The office is sending me an email with the results after its sent to the Dr's office. I rave about places that run smoothly and dont make you wait. read more

This is a "single user facility" meaning that they only work with one person at a time. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to sit for hours on end while they take 15-20min with each person. read more

This location is a single site office meaning it is only staffed by one individual. That means one person to perform all lab testing and interact with customers and she is not able to be present at the check in window at all because she is consistently in the back performing patient care. I've been a nurse in the ER for the past 13 years and I can tell you this is not an efficient way to run a lab. Unfortunately, this information is not previously disclosed to potential patients/customers. When I came to today's location for a preemployment drug screen, there were approximately 10 people waiting to be seen, I have been here for an hour and I believe there are still 5 patients in front of me. Pre employment drug screens are only from 1-3 so who knows if I'll even be seen today. Bottom line, this is an ineffective way to both run a business and treat patients. Skip this location for any of your lab or preemployment screening needs. read more

There is no direct phone number to reach someone. I waited in line outside until they decided to open the door 10 minutes after their business hours say they are open. I paid for a specimen test and received results 4 days later that stated "test not performed" because Quest Diagnostics accidentally froze my sample and never advised me of this mistake? I was relying on those test results to determine how to heal my illness and came up with nothing. Someone who pays for important test results should not have to rely on incompetent lab employees. I'm extremely disappointed that I chose a lab testing company that partners with this lab and will never ever utilize either company again. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I had a great first time here but then the second time they had to poke me three times,First time they poked me it was were they usually don't poke me.
