I left what I considered an emergency message, but my calls kept going to the call center instead of the office. The call center told me it could take 48 hours to get a response - I didn't have that kind of time, and no one called me back. Instead of fixing the problem, Dr. Mitchell dismissed me (I've been his patient for many years - a loyal patient I might add - I drove an hour to see this doctor). If you expect timely communication or accountability, this may not be the place to go.
