I can't say enough good things about this office. I came in dealing with pretty bad sciatic pain, and they not only helped relieve it, but actually kept me on track with a solid plan to fix the root of the issue. What really sets them apart is how structured everything is. They give you access to an interactive app for physical therapy, which makes it super easy to stay consistent at home. It's straightforward, effective, and honestly one of the best tools I've used for recovery. On top of that, the entire staff is amazing--friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your progress. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and actually take the time to explain what's going on and how to fix it. If you're dealing with pain or just want to stay aligned and healthy, this is the place to go. Highly recommend--10/10. read more

Absolutely the best chiropractic office in the area! I visited a different chiropractic office for several months before finally deciding to find one that was more aligned with actually giving time and attention to their patients, Cool Springs chiropractic does exactly that, I look forward to visiting them every single time because of their care and the environment they create for those walking in. They were also way more affordable for me not having health insurance than the other office I was visiting. Y'all are the best! read more

I began treatments here for pain in my neck and shoulder. The office is nice and the staff is friendly. The treatments have really helped.

Dr. Hinz and his team are fantastic. I've been to a few Chiropractors and this is the best care I've received. I needed a Chriopractor who truly understands the needs someone who doesn't want an injury to slow down training. He helped me to set expectations of what I can and can't do. While treating a long term problem I was having I aggravated an chronic issue I have in my lower back. He was able to get me back in track in just over a week vs. 4-6 weeks or more. Visits to his office will definitely be part of my long term body tune-up process. read more

Update: 1/5/2022 - My second time back (pun intended)... I stopped going because I was all healed up, but after hurting myself AGAIN and being out of the gym for 2 months from self-sabotaging myself, I had to come back to see Dr. Hinz. I literally couldn't even bend half way down or put socks on without tremendous effort. After about 2 weeks being back at Cool Springs Chiro, seeing him 3x/week, I felt tremendously better. By week 3 I was back to lifting and by weeks 4-5, I was able to actually hit legs again. Fast forward 3 months (to today) and I'm hitting 75%-80% of my regular weight/reps. I will be back to heavy lifting (385lbs+ squat) within maybe 2 more weeks as I'm just easing my way slowly back into my regular lifts. **I'd also like to add, I've randomly met a couple different folks on the town (like usual), but after talking gyms and training (of course, I'm always searching for new gyms nearby that I can advance my skills), we end up discussing injuries and recovery. On two separate occasions, after explaining my injuries, BOTH of these individuals immediately said I needed to go to the best chiropractor they know... lo and behold, it's Dr Peter Hinz! Haha I cannot make this up. For the record, it was one guy and one girl that brought him up, and I know for sure the girl sees him for routine maintenance regularly. Just as an extra credit note - if Dr. Hinz picked up and moved shop 30 miles out, I'd still go to him. Best of the best without a doubt. read more

Dr. Hinz and his team are incredibly professional and friendly. He is thorough, makes sure that you understand your treatment plan and ensures that you have the proper tools for your at-home care. I had been living with sciatica for about 6 months before I found Cool Springs Chiropractic and had family coming to him who recommended I go. I have had amazing relief and can live my life like normal now. So grateful and I will continue to come in to maintain my results. Overall my body feels So much better! read more

If you're looking for a wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am kinda Chiro, Dr Hinz is not for you. But if you want long term health results and real solutions from a chiropractic doctor who understand that true healing comes with a systematic approach, then I highly recommend Cool Springs Chiropractic. The team is excellent and I always feel welcome. After two months of regular treatment, a bunch of my health and skeletal issues are now gone and my body feels much more aligned. My sleep and posture have both greatly improved and with their cutting edge technology/equipment, they also were able to heal the tissue damage in my foot after an accident a year ago left me in chronic pain. Highly recommend! read more

I love Dr. Hinz and his amazing team at CSC! Everyone is so kind and the space is bright, airy & clean. Dr. Hinz is an excellent physician. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my chiropractic needs - they've become like family! read more

How do you remain at the top of Yelp's list? Check out Cool Springs. Chiropractic and you'll quickly find out. 1. Polite, congenial, and efficient service from check in through adjustments, and out the door, the staff and Dr. Hinz are simply the best. 2. Ease of scheduling. Just keep track of which days they are open and what hours are available and you'll soon and yourself in caring hands (so to speak). I find that calling during normal hours works best a day or two (or even more ) in advance. But they often can schedule you if you need a more urgent appointment. Texting is also available, but I have not found that quite as efficient. But my calls during normal business hours are always met with a cheerful greeting and smooth accommodation to meet my personal schedule. 3. Consistency in all they do. Can't really say much more...they practice it....consistently! 4. Comfort while you wait (that is, if you have to wait -- it normally is a very short wait.) But if you do have to, you can have a fresh cup of hot coffee or a bottle of cold refreshing water and relax in firm, yet very comfortable chairs. 5. If there were one thing I might change, and this would be for everyone...and that is payment. Unfortunately, the US medical system is ....(fill in your own description)....and for some of us, Chiropractic services are not covered. But Dr Hinz makes every effort to fit your situation. (No loss of stars on this....that's just life in the US these days.) Living a healthy lifestyle is a personal responsibility and Dr Hinz and his staff do everything they can to help you maintain that goal. read more
