Part of the issue was they couldn't see everything on the card. They were sharing the magnifying glass. They weren't sure what my name was for some reason. They asked me if my husband was a woman because they thought he had a female name. She kept mispronouncing his name. I don't know what that had to do with anything. They were trying to find out who was who on the cards. I even gave them my drivers license and they couldn't figure out who I was. They could've just copied the card and took care of things themselves while I saw the doctor. Instead, they made me wait for 40 minutes standing for about half of that because they couldn't get things situated. Why didn't they just let me go back and get everything taken care of while they were running my card? also, to beat everything, they wanted me to call the insurance company to see if they were in network. Such a beautiful building and wonderful staff, the front desk was really challenged!

For many years now I've had unique sports and training related problems. I've been there for a wide range of issues like bursitis, inflamed tendons, and even early stages of arthritis. I've even had to do their PRP therapy once - and it was super effective to relieve severe pain in my heel area. We've also taken our son there for torn ligaments related to sports injury. I decided to try Elite Sports Medicine on the recommendation of a family friend. I had a consult with Corrine, Dr Glattes' NP. She listened to my history and took X-rays and suggested an MRI scan. We discussed options, and I was clear that I didn't want mere pain management. I wanted to fix my problem as much as possible. The MRI showed 2 herniated discs, so she suggested fusion surgery. I wanted disc replacement surgery, so she ordered a CT scan to see if I was a candidate. Dr Glattes determined that fusion was better for me due to bone spurs and arthritis found on the scan. He scheduled fusion surgery for me in December 2025 when I had time off work during the holidays. The surgery went very well, and Dr Glattes and his staff helped me to feel prepared for it. I also have a bulging disc in my back, and Dr Glattes referred me to physical therapy to start with. Overall, I have had a very positive experience at Elite Sports Medicine. Dr Glattes and Corrine listened and explained the reasons for my symptoms. They are both compassionate and informative. They helped me find a solution to an injury that has given me pain for years. I am already feeling relief even though I am still healing. I highly recommend this location and Dr Glattes!

It took them almost 5 months ( I checked in often) to review irrelevant records and then they denied me care ( I called them- they didn't even have the courtesy of reaching out). I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.
