I typically get a pedicure and powder dip manicure. I have also done gel in the past for awhile here. They do get really busy. However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. I definitely recommend the Nail Lounge.

Very Disappointing Experience -- Would Not Recommend…read more I went to this nail salon hoping to get a professional, polished look for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. I specifically told the technician that I was in a wedding, but unfortunately, I did not feel like she cared about the quality of my nails or my experience. The process was painful, and I was literally cringing throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, when I first sat down, the chair I was given was already broken. It completely collapsed to the ground, causing me to fall. I was embarrassed and shaken, yet no one apologized or offered any kind of discount or accommodation for what happened. Unfortunately, the nails themselves were also very poorly done. I had gel polish applied, and as soon as I got home, I noticed that all of my nails had bubbles underneath the polish, making it obvious that there was air trapped in them. The gel didn't even last a week. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, and the entire experience left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. I even left a $10 tip, but honestly, after the experience, I wish I hadn't tipped at all. I truly wish I had never gotten my nails done here. Between the unsafe broken chair, the lack of concern when I fell, the painful service, poor-quality nails, and unfriendly staff, this was one of the most disappointing nail salon experiences I've had. I sent it to her and she delivered. She took one hour 30 mins for the whole process. If I did something simple she might have taken 1 hr. Price was pretty high but willing to pay for it for the service and if I'm able to go only once a month. Let's see if this last for that long.

They'll work with you and if you're a last-minute person like I am, they will try to work you in if you call them and ask. This is my go-to place to treat myself and get my nails done when the fancy strikes me. Their prices are lower than a lot of their competitors and they have a loyalty punch card if you dutifully come and get a fill every two weeks. I have even seen two nail techs assist the same client, one on hands and one on feet which must be very handy if you're in a slight rush to get all of your appointments done! They have a wide selection of polishes and will look for a color or shade if you show them pictures from Pinterest or Instagram. They are genuinely interested in making sure you're happy with the shape, length, and color of your nails and they will take their time.
