Heated neck wraps are immediately offered, they always check with you on water temperature for pedicure tubs (which also have lovely soothing lights that change color). The massage chairs are almost as good as an actual masseuse (although for a real massage...oh, yes, this is the place!) They have both OPI and essi, and always the latest colors.
