I really liked how the files, and pumice stone were all one per customer and then disposed. They also used liners for the pedicure tubs which is nice. I really appreciated how sanitary they were. Yami helped me pick a color, when I told her what I was looking for , and she was able to match the regular polish to gel without any trouble. She also tried four different types of gold glitter for me so that I would be 100% happy. I really appreciated not feeling rushed and her taking the time to "experiment" with the options.
