I use the word 'whumped' because its hard to describe the sensation of being gently beaten with what looks like a giant tea bag! - look at the website to see what I mean. The whole thing finishing off with a relax in your own private steam bath in the room.Then you get tea and snacks. It was worth what I paid for it ($99) but might be a bit overpriced at the 'original' price, which I think was closer to $199. I originally purchased the 5 classes. I really liked the first class and asked if I could upgrade to the 10 classes. I was able to do this with no problem, which was quite refreshing. The studio is small, but has everything you need including the hot yoga option, lockers, mats, bathrooms, a shower, steam area, private massage room, and reception area with seating. There is also a refrigerator with water bottles I suppose are for purchase, which is good to know if you forget your water. The studio room is rather small. I've never seen the accordion doors shut, which is a good thing, because the room is small as it is...but there is the option for 2 events to go on at once. There is a pleasant smell throughout the studio, to my relief. It is a well taken care of studio aside for the bathrooms which could use some improvements. Overall though, I really like the vibe of the studio...smells nice...dimly lit...nice hardwood floor...mirrors. There are several classes offered 7 days a week, although a few more added to each day's offerings would be nice. I also like that there are some free seminars offered, as well as some special holiday events (additional fee, but nice to have that option). Teachers are great! I especially like the hot yoga class-an added luxury was at the end when the instructor sprayed a calming spray near us if we so chose...helped calm the mind. Receptionists are helpful and responsive, even to emails. I was impressed and will continue to practice here.

The space was extremely clean and impeccably well kept. The instructor Dan made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed and I left with the knowledge and desire to keep practicing and taking classes. I really look forward to continuing my yoga education and practice now with the basic knowledge I've gained.
