It was muddy and it was soaking wet like a few machines over flowed. After the attendant went outside 4-5 times of us being there he finally went to the back and dragged the mud around. My shirt was there for 3 months because the wife refused to accept responsibility. I had to call and file a police report in order to take them small claim court. I've spends hundreds with this company for them to be so selfish to not replace a shirt that they messed up. I would not recommend this cleaner because they will mess up your clothing and treat you like a stranger that's never spent hundred with them.
